Any Additional Things: Alright, so I got permission from mangaka-chan to use her image for Sailor Moon in the header, she would just her name to be on the header for credit purposes. So would you mind putting that in a corner by her drawing or something like that? Also, I wasn't sure if the header would look good if it had an image of Naoko's version of teenage Small Lady and the image of Mangaka's drawing, but if it doesn't, then just use Mangaka's drawing Additionally, I'm a little confused as to what title to use for Small Lady. Because in the RP I'm using this for, she's a teenager and not really "small" anymore. I didn't know if Small Lady would apply. But I don't know what else to call her. Just Princess Serenity? Princess Usagi Serenity? Usagi Small Lady Serenity? Small Lady Serenity? SO MANY CHOICES. But I do want Sailor Moon on there, that's for sure xD. I'll leave it up to you to decide which title would be best. BUT THANK YOU MERC YOU ARE AMAZING!

Do you have to be a certain rank to make requests?

Nope the only thing that's rank specific is the OSA-P shop which requires you to be a Lotus Crystal

Just make sure you read each shop owners rules about what they are open and not open to doing That should be located on the first page of their thread

The official title for grown up Chibiusa is Princess Lady Serenity, so that's what I put there.
