Physical Description (include clothing generally worn): Raye can generally be seen wearing three different types of clothing. Her first being her school uniform:


Raye's school uniform consists of 3 colours, Royal Red, White/Grey and a Dark Grey. These colours represent the authority of the school, Raye's being a private, expensive school. Her education is funded by her politician father. A short grey skirt which helps to show off her legs along with black pumps and white socks. A white long-sleeve shirt is worn above her skirt, and a grey sailor collar with a red stripe. Underneath the sailor collar she has her royal red ribbon which droops elegantly. Generally she carries a brown briefcase which contains all her important school work.




Raye's Shrine Maiden Uniform: A simple two colours, Fiery red and Cloud white. The colours on this outfit represent the serenity of the wearer. Not forgetting the elegance and skill required to perform such a role. Wearing a white cloth top above her waist which crosses over at her breasts. A long fiery red skirt which starts under her breasts and forms a bow where the skirt begins.






Raye's Casual Clothes: For casual clothes Raye wears simple Pink overalls. With this outfit she wears perfectly white trainers with cyan socks. She slouches around in this outfit when out with her friends and family so she can relax. Under her overalls she has a white t-shirt. She commonly rolls the legs of her overalls up and pulls her socks right up.



Personality: Raye's personality in the first season is varied. At times she can be a real snobbish brat towards Serena who thinks that she should be the leader of the group instead of the ditz, Serena. But when in dangerous situations she will protect anyone, even strangers, at her own life's risk. When like this she can be very generous and loving. Whilst at other times she can be chibi and spiteful towards anyone, specifically Serena. She has it out for Serena for unknown reasons. Probably because she has a very small amount of patience and cannot tolerate such clumsiness. She portrays a variety of emotions right through to the end of series 1. She eventually warms up to Serena and the girls but still bullies Serena in a way but still truthfully likes Serena more than any of the other girls.


Raye also takes her duties very seriously showing that she is a dedicated character that will never let anything or anyone stand in her way. Not being able to tolerate lazy people she cuts the slack and does the job herself in order to keep things up and running to survive and for the good of everyone. She is a very independent individual as well. She basically tends to the shrine herself, due to lack of respect from Chad and her Grandpa when it comes to cleaning up and running the shrine. They will help from time-to-time but when Raye is available they leave it her, showing that the family she has in life can be a bit selfish and self-centred which helped form her character.

Any Unique Abilities/Skills: Raye can read the flames and make out images in the fire, foretelling what will happen in the events to come. If it is danger, it will shoot through her mind sometimes causing pain. She can also control the power of Mars. Manipulating fire is a bonus when transforming into Mars. All of her talents and abilities are linked into each other somehow.


She is also an amazing shrine maiden as she tends to the shrine with Chad and her Grandpa. She does most of the work around the shrine whilst the 'men' constantly mess around not caring about the chores that have to be carried about in the shrine. Mainly because they know that Raye will give in and eventually do it just to keep the shrine up and running.

Raye can also use Ofuda. When using this she aims at her enemy, chants an ancient charm and tosses the piece of charmed paper at her enemy. Which she suspects to be a youma. If the youma has possessed the body of a human being the spirit of the enemy will be destroyed and the free will of the human be salvaged. If she is aiming at just the enemies' body the youma itself will be incinerated.

History: Raye was born into the role of being the hero, Sailor Mars. She was reincarnated from her previous form of Princess Mars whilst she was protecting the Moon Kingdom and their princess. Queen Serenity of the Silver Millennium used the last of her power to save all of her civilians and send them to Earth, the home of Elysion, to be reborn. Her reincarnated civilian name is Raye Hino.


Raye reincarnated as a lucky girl. She has a politician father but unfortunately a deceased mother. Not soon after she moved in with her Grandpa, who was like a father to her. He taught her the ropes of the shrine and they grew very close. Raye is a shrine maiden who tends to Hikawa Shrine where they sell charms, do fire readings and many more!


Raye's life was normal until Serena, Ami and a talking cat Luna stumbled into it. It was thrown upon her that she was a mystical, reincarnated warrior who served the Moon Kingdom a thousand years ago. She was never shocked by this, being the strong individual that she is, and muscled down and joined Serena in a fight almost instantly whilst Ami held the portal open for them. Their first fight was a success with the help of Tuxedo Mask who helped to save the buses that had been stolen along with the passengers by the Negaverse to suck their energy.


From then onwards Raye grew close to the girls and with the addition of Lita, Sailor Jupiter on the team they were on their way to finding the moon princess along with their fifth member of the team, Sailor Venus. They have overcame many battles and tasks on their journey and are very close to finding Sailor Venus and the Moon Princess.


She also currently shares a love interest with Serena. They are both interested in Darien, but Raye admitted that it was a stupid crush that she continues to annoy Serena. Whether she has feelings for him or not is unknown. It could be possible and if it is true it is only a silly teenage crush. She has pledged her allegiance to Sailor Moon and will be helping Serena win Darien!

Storyline Specific Information: The story line that I will be using Raye for is called Jealous Much by Natasha. It takes place in present Tokyo.

Summary: Andrew wants more than anything to see Serena and Darien together. He is sick of their arguing and fighting, and although Darien won't admit it, Andrew can tell Darien has feelings for Serena. So, when Serena asks Andrew to pretend to be in a relationship with her to make Darien jealous, he agrees. Darien's reaction is a little more outraged than expected.



Senshi Name: Sailor Mars

Senshi Fuku: Mar's sailor fuku consists of red, white and purple. Her dominant colour is red, her secondary colour is white whilst her tertiary colour is purple. Her sailor cloth, stilettos, mini-skirt, back bow, brooch, top of her gloves and gem in her tiara are the dominant colour red. The upper part of her outfit and rest of her gloves are white. Her bow is purple.

[$u]Henshin/Transformation:[/u] Raye uses: Mars Power! Once using this flames encircle her as parts of her fuku appears. After all her fuku has appeared, she does a final pose.

Powers:

Mars fire, Ignite! - When Sailor Mars uses this attack she forms a gun shape with her fingers and pulls them up, aiming at the enemy a blast of flames appear, in a circular motion they blast the enemy backwards. Sometimes they get destroyed whilst at other times they just severely weaken the enemy.


Evil Spirit, Be Gone! - Raye can use this when in civilian form as well. She gets a special piece of marked paper which she then enchants and places on her target, which cause the possessing daimon leave or burn.

Weapons or Magical Items: Mars has her henshin/transformation stick. Which she uses to gather her power and transform into Sailor Mars.

Guardian: Unknown at this point in the anime, season 1.

She blushed as the others confirmed her suspicions. She evidently still had feelings for Darien, they weren't very strong but she could feel them bubble up inside of her.
Is this Jealousy? She thought to herself. Did she really want to be a part of this little scheme?


“I don't think that I can... help get them together. You know I still have a crush on Darien and that would definitely NOT be in the rules of dating and crushes!” Countered Raye. “Can't we just leave them be? So what if they get together, it's not as if its their destiny or anything right?”

Could you describe what Rei's school uniform and shrine outfit consist of on top of mentioning the colors these outfits have and maybe also mention the ability to use ofuda in the special skills/ abilities section? Thank you, PallasMercury .
