In appearance, yes. As for age, it's hard to tell with Crystal Tokyo, but I would say they're several hundred at least to match Chibiusa. As for Helios, I don't think he'll be involved, at least right now anyway.

As for their current power level, they do need a uniform transformation phrase. I was thinking either star power or asteroid power (as Pallas suggests in their profile, I quite like this)- does anyone have any preferences?

You mean my profile? I prefer Pallas Asteroid Power, Make Up etc.

I like Asteroid Power more, personally, since it's more unique to them as a new team--but I think otherwise they'd likely use Crystal rather than Star, given that they have the same uniform style as the other soldiers' "Crystal" transformation.

But, Asteroid Power would make more sense. Think to when the outers were in their first form. They used Planet Power. And the quartet are Asteroid Senshi. Their asteroids were once planets but reclassified as Asteroids and this is their first form, therefore it should be Asteroid Power. No?

I like "Asteroid" for their transformation phrases in general, regardless of what level or form they have achieved. The other sailor soldiers have all had various personalized phrases inserted into their transformation sequences. In my own Sailor Moon universe theories, I think that a first-level non-Moon sailor soldier should begin at "Name Power, Make Up!" That's really the most basic. I felt like the inclusion of "Planet" for the outer soldiers was an indication that even their first form had a higher power level, as they were originally intended to be the first line of defense against invaders or enemies to the Solar System.

However, I mentioned "Crystal" in relation to their uniforms, because it seemed to me like in the final arc of the manga Naoko Takeuchi was all about standardization of sailor soldiers originating in our Solar System. Also, that final arc focused on the realization of having a sailor crystal and drawing power directly from it. I know the Sailor Quartetto is inexperienced and plays a minor role, but they were around for all of that and I don't think they'd be likely to be excluded, particularly as Sailor Chibi Moon had discovered her own unique sailor crystal.

That's just my two cents, of course. n_n

Surely if they can rack up the power to destroy Heavy Metal Papillion without Chibi-Moon surely this indicates an almighty strength. It may be a combo attack but which other team of senshi has a combo attack? These are obviously unique Senshi. And to be awoken and have achieved a form of power before they are even a team yet surely says something to you? Now when they destroyed Heavy Metal Papillion, she was Galaxia's strongest animamate and last line of defence against the senshi before she would have to face them herself. We know that Papillion was a formidable opponent because she was entrusted with guarding the star garden. Correct any of this if I am wrong, I am a bit rusty on the star arc of each franchise that includes it.

I agree that they are powerful and they're clearly a well-trained team when they arrive from the future to help fight against the threat of Galaxia. I don't think it would be a serious jump to think they've accessed their own sailor crystal power.

I suppose you're right. Maybe if they get split up in the labyrinth and are each tested to achieve their own crystal power? If they succeed they obtain it and their sailor crystal from their castle on their home asteroid?

That could be interesting! I don't know the book series that Sylveon is drawing inspiration from, but maybe there will be tests like that and it could be a "coming into power" test for all the team members.

Yeah, not just a power amplification for Chibi Moon but her team as well! And maybe whilst the quartet are in there someone realises and alerts the Queen! So it would be a high speed chase through the labyrinth to escape it before getting caught by the guards and finding Chibi Moon?

We'll have to see what Sylveon thinks or has in mind! I'm sure it will be LOTS of fun.

I've submitted my mega-profile for Chibi Usa, but I've got some storyline-specific notes that I wanted to share here, so no one is forced to wade through my very long post.

Asteroid - This storyline is heavily manga-based and thus uses manga-based information for Small Lady. Small Lady of the Crystal Tokyo era is just turning 14 years old, so to speak. Her age is now counted as approximate from after her awakening to use the Silver Crystal rather than actual years. At some point during the game she will ascend to her own "Sailor Moon" powers.

She is friends with Sailor Saturn and her Sailor Quartetto. Small Lady is maturing into a young lady, but still growing and learning. Her personality is significantly less jealous than she was a child. She's a somewhat self-contained and self-disciplined girl; she still struggles with self-confidence and self-worth issues, but they do not consume her. She's a hard working sailor soldier in training, crown princess, and junior high school student who sets high standards for herself. Thankfully, her friends and fellow sailor soldiers remind her to relax and have fun once in a while.

Lately her thoughts have turned towards Helios, who she has not seen since he returned to Elysion after the defeat of the Dead Moon Circus. She wonders if he'll remember her, if he'd recognize her, and if she is any closer to being the maiden he sought. She was hopeful that passing the trial of the Crystal Tower would provide the proof of her own achievement she so desperately wanted.

I want to give her one new attack that she can perform entirely on her own, as "Pink Sugar Heart Attack" is her original attack and all of her other attacks were collaborations with other sailor soldiers, mostly Sailor Moon. Sailor Chibi Moon will discover this new moderate-power solo attack as part of her trials in the Crystal Tower.

Her characterization for this storyline is inspired by this scene in the manga:

I suppose that it is easier to characterize and make notes etc. on Chibi Moon, don't you agree? She is in it so much more than the Quartet. So I did struggle a bit with Pallas' profile.

It's easier to write a profile with concrete canon information if they played a major role in the official series. It's difficult with the Quartetto girls because you'll have to make up quite a bit of it yourself. There just isn't enough shown in the manga/anime to work on with no embellishment.

II say we go with asteroid power, provided KTenshi and Cerechan like it. Pallas is right in that Papillon was a powerful foe (she bound Sailor Moon and co., and probably would have killed them without intervention), though she handled a graveyard rather than the star garden. Sailor Phi and Chi tended to that. As for whether they beat her singlehandedly, it's hard to say, as Pink Ladies Freezing Kiss probably weakened her severely.

Individual tests would be a very cool idea, whether to gain a new form or new attack, and perhaps an additional sort of outfit change (longer bow tails, new tiara) when Sailor Chibimoon gets her Sailor Moon form. 

Excellent notes, Aurae! I understand, Pallas, it's a little hard to make profiles not so fleshed out characters, but we do luckily also have the anime to draw on, so that helps a little.

Haha, sorry for all the posts! I'm having so much fun brainstorming for this! It's been AGES since I was part of even game planning that had more than one active participant. I'm filled with the warm glow of nostalgia. ;_;

Oh a graveyard she looked after! xD It was Phi and Chi that killed Sailor Kakyuu was it not? So, Asteroid Power... Hmmm... ^^ Still even if Pink Ladies Freezing Kiss did weaken her they still contributed power into that attack and without that power Chibi Moon wouldn't of been able to perform that attack. So, they must've generated some power!

Mhm. Kakyuu weakened Phi, and then Chi stabbed her in the back. The manga was really quite brutal x.x 

I hope KTenshi and Cere aren't overwhelmed when they look back, heheh.

Never to worry, the Galaxy Cauldron will give the gift of rebirth to Kakyuu! ^^ And the quicker we all get our profiles done and approved the better, I'm rather eager to start this RP!

Will they be regarded as Sisters or will they be like the Inner senshi who just happened to be from the same tribe or something?

I think that they will be regarded as very close friends like they portray the inner senshi. Sylveon will confirm.

I think the asteroid Senshi are even stronger than sailor moon's guardian Senshi. Wouldn't you agree the second generation would be even more powerful than the first? I think it would make a lot of sense!

Putting into consideration that the second generation have already been trained it would make much more sense, I agree with you Cerechan.

I also want to add that I love the "Asteroid Power Makeup". I also like the idea of not making them sisters. I need to reread the supers arc also! X.x

Hm. I had originally thought they were sisters, but it seems there isn't a canon mention of it- or not according to wikimoon. So they can just be very close friends.

Yes, they were never mentioned as sisters. They were somewhat "raised" together in terms of Zirconia capturing and awakening all of them at once as a group for the Dead Moon Circus, and they stayed together after being purified to their true forms by Neo Queen Serenity.

I was just asking, mostly because it's fanon preferred to have them as sisters at times is all.  

On a random note: 

 I always found their ages to be amusing- since I think in Naoko's notes had Cere and Palla as the oldest two with Jun as the third and Ves as the youngest.

Have you all done your profiles or at least working on them now? We have got the cast so we should all aim to get our profiles in by tomorrow. We need to get them approved ASAP to get this RP on the role.

Hmmm... I will be suprised if this isn't approved. If anything it should be a featured story line. I think that Sylveon has thought this one through carefully and had us add bits on to it. There is no reason for it not be accepted. Right?
