So, instead of doing a manga coloring contest, i thought the contestants can choose the picture but as a twist, they're gonna have to use a set of specific resources i'm going to give (mostly PNG images related to birthday).
So i would like to know your thoughts on this, and also, i would like to create bumpers for this contest~ i mean, all other activities have bumpers, why not graphic contest? =p
