Hi!

First of all, sorry for my english. Its not my mother tongue, so sometimes it might sounds weird. Please correct me then, so I can improve. Thanks!

So... what to say?
I'm really glad, I found this forum and hope to have a wonderful time here talking with other fans from all over the world. Sailor Moon is no new topic for me, I watched the anime back when I was 10 or 11. And now I'm 25years old and rediscovered my love for it. Its so great to see that so many "older" people still like and love SM. After I started watching the anime some time ago, I thought I'm the only one of my age, because mostly SM is seen as a series for children. Personally, I know that Sailor Moon is way too complex to be "just" for children. It inspires me alot, though I think most people out there won't understand.

Oh,.... I almost forgot to tell you something about myself.
I'm 25years old, as I mentioned before and I'm a student of forest science (yeah, you can study this ). Together with my boyfriend, I live in a flat in the wonderful city of Dresden in eastern Germany. Ever since I've watched Sailor Moon, Pokémon and all the other series you could watch on free tv, I was a fan of Manga and Anime. My favorite Manga and Anime besides Sailor Moon is "Yami no matsuei", which I think is not so popular as it should have become.
Besides Manga and Anime I love to read. My favorite authors are Tolkien, Rowling (while I only read the Potter saga), Foer and of course Haruki Murakami (just love his work).
On the other side, I don't think I have special talents besides fast reading. I'm not an artist and am not able to play an instrument, though I am learnig to play piano. Lately I started to crochet, but am still practising. I have a sewing maschine and want to start making my own cosplay costumes, because I love cosplay and want to be a part of it. (not sure, if I ever achieve this... I'm such a perfectionists...(-_- )

And now, I can't think of something else to say, sorry. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them.

My favorite senshis are Uranus and Sailor Moon, just the way they inspire me. Though everyone of them are great.

This is very true! I'm still a noob sometimes too, but you learn as you go along what works and what doesn't.

Yes, German is my mother tongue.
But that sounds great, so I'm not the only "outsider" around. Just joking.

yeah, English isn't my first language as well. I'm Brazilian, so I speak Portuguese. there are a few other Germans here, like Minene.

Hello and welcome to the GC. I'm ToriJ. Keep at the English and it'll become second nature to you in no time. One of my friends lives out in Quebec and French is his native tongue but he speaks and writes English flawlessly. Better than some Americans I know, even >.>
