News,Updates and Highlights are getting an update, starting with a new name! It will now be Sailor Moon News and Highlights. In addition to this there is an update to the rules about posting info on new Merch.  Be sure to check those out but here they are again!

Some guidelines:

1. Before posting, make sure that no topic has already been started on the subject, we like to avoid duplicates.

2. When posting ANYTHING do NOT plagiarize, or even slightly alter what other sites or people have written. If you use a part of some one's website or article, cite your source, and post a link. As well as make sure the information isn't copyrighted or needs permission.

3. Don't post vague rumors as fact. Make sure you do your research on information before posting something. If your topic IS on a rumor, then be sure to state it clearly or the topic may be deleted by the mods.

4. If you suspect someone of plagiarism don't accuse them in the thread, or via pm, or e-mail. Send a NICE pm to Small Lady or Radicaledward124 explaining the situation. This prevents drama, and hurt feelings in the case of a misconception.
