Hello, I just joined today and I was hoping there would be someone who could make me an avatar. I can't draw or anything myself, so I will be very grateful!

I'm mostly looking for a drawn avatar not a cropped/edited image.

Drawing:

Haku (spirited away) style hair, cyan colored with cat ears
Very dark skin, no ethnicity specific just very dark- the opposite of super pale white hehe
Cyan colored eyes
Male (or catboy I suppose)
Give it sort of a "moon" atmosphere if you can
Suggestion: I would like some kind of smirking expression or something along those lines, though a neutral face is good too
If you could show me a sketch of the drawing first that would be great!

Anything you think matches my name "moonkitty"! Like Luna or her human version, or something else! Sailor Moon related or not!

Like I said I would prefer a drawing though I understand that's asking for a lot! Finding an artist who will make a full color avatar for free... might not happen! So that's why image edits are ok too! While waiting for a potential artist I would be happy if you all could post some edits for me to use! If the drawing doesn't work out then I'll probably use one of those! An avatar is a big decision so I hope to have some options.
