She's a character that I am already using on a site. She's actually a site canon but the only things that were already chosen for her was her senshi name, Element, and main color. I was also given two place that she could be from. I was just wondering if there was anyway that I could make her slightly more powerful without her being overpowered. This is for future reference if I decide to make her more powerful later. so without any further babeling from me here is sailor Raphael.

OK so first off I have no image of her in Fuku I'm not that good of an artist I must have refrence pics to draw so drawing her is out of the question at the moment. I would use the senshi maker but I'm not sure how to do her fuku exactly. also she is the second to have these powers the original Sailor Raphael her aunt was killed by an enemy that was created specifically for the senshi group she is a part of. The previous Sailor Raphael was fighting to protect Yuhka so unfortinantly she did witness the death of her aunt.

Appearance: she has long blond hair that she normally leaves down unless she's at work than she pulls it back in a ponytail or a braid. she wears white sun dresses in the summer. In the winter she wears nice jeanes and long sleeved white button up blouse with a nice jacket to keep warm. when she's at work she wears her uniform. she has a slight tan and actually looks younger than she actually is. she has big green eyes and always has a bright smile on her face. she is rather small for her age but what she lacks in size she makes up for in strength and attitude.




Characteristics:
she is a soft spoken girl. her voice never gose over a soft voice and she tends to have to repeat herself multipel times to be heard. she is always so soft spken that when she dose lose her temper and start yelling and getting loud everyone runs for cover. she also has a big heart. she would give someone the shirt off her back if she felt they needed it. she will cry at the thought of all the homeless and when faced with comercials about rescue animals. she is a little nieve(sp?) about the world. she dosn't know most things someone her age should know.

she is a careing individual. she will be their for anyone. she will help when her friends or family need the help. she will be the first one to step in to stand up for anyone. she is also kind of childish. she acts like a child most of the time she evern has a stuffed owl she takes with her all the time. she is also a sucker fo cute animals. she has a bad habbit of takeing sick or injured animals home.

History:
She was born on sana on August 3 to parents Hikari and Yuuta Takagi. she was the niece to the former sailor raphael. when the court took over and killed not just her aunt but the knight as well her parents took her and fled to earth in hope of giveing her a better life than she would have had if she had been raised on sana. growing up she always had a love for medical books of all kinds. she was always a few years ahead of those she was the same age as. as a result of being with people older than her she never really fit in to well. She has been told of her familys past and has heard great stories about her deceased aunt. she has always looked up to Sailor raphael. so when she awakened as sailor raphael she was excited. her awakening was strained. sh and her family had been attacked at the park during a family picknick. she didn't want her parents hurt so she jumped in front of them. thats when a braclet appeared floating around her. she heard her mother gasp at theappearance of the braclet that she remembered her sister always wearing. she put her hand out and had touched the braclet and suddenly transformed into Sailor raphael. she managed to beat the monster. as soon asshe had returned to her parents they had begged her not to transform again to fight they were afraid she would end up dieing like her aunt. when she turned 19 was when the court came to earth and started to attack. she at this point was working as a waitress at the crown fruit parlor.

Henshin/Transformation Item: a braclet with her sailor crystal in the middle with angel wings comeing off of the crytal. it's a pale yellow and her symbole is engraved in the crystal.

Henshin Phrase: Healing light makeup
Fuku or Costume:
she has a greek like style to her fuku. her top has a strap over one soulder while their is nothing over the other shoulder this is a soft yellow. she has a skirt that makes her fuku look like a toga from aincent greece this is also a soft yellow. her sailor color is atached to the strap over her shoulder and is also a soft yellow. her gloves are a pure white along with the elbow fittings at the top. her gloves go to the middle of her upper arm and are fingerless. her shoes are sadels like those of aincent greece. she also has a tiara the gem is a soft yellow with white flecs in them. the bracletsh uses to transform can be see over her right glove. her eyes and hair turn brown and her hair is pulled back into a half ponytail and the rest of her hair is in little ringlets.

Weapons:she uses a sword that looks like a giant scalpel.

Attacks:
protective barier- she holds both hands above her head and calls out the nameof the attack than spread her hands slightly apart while turning t where she's sideways and then her hands go to either side of her pams faceing out the barrier than apears and surrounds her and who ever she is trying to protect.

Healing shine- she can use this to heal minor injuries the bigest injurie she can heal would be a broken bone if it's life hreatening sh can not help.

healing slash- where as the word healing is in the nameof this attack that is far from what it dose. this is attack that allows her to use her sword to slice through the air and sends a soft yellow energy blade at her enemy that could eisily slice throug a youma.

Predesecor:
The original Sailor Raphael had people comeing from all over to see her. she was an acomplished healer and could heal just about anything. She was the one to deliver the baby when her younger sister had a child.she was really close to the sano knight. the day the court attacked she had taken yuhka to the park when she was attacked. she had transformed and fought the court dieing in the battle but managed to give her niece time to run. It's not fully known whether she fought alone or not.

So what I want is maybe some ideas on how to make her a bit stronger later on or if you even think she would need to get any stronger than she already is. Sadly she is more for support and back up and not really a fighter. Think of a blond Ami I guess is how you could discribe her. Her dream and future career choice come from her element of healing.
