This one is based on what I just did now, that I have never done before. Note that I've been afraid to see my reflection because of what I look like.

another wall has been torn down in my heart

what I did just now has really changed me dramatically

no one knew how afraid I was to look in the mirror and see my reflection

and thus, I faced my fears and told myself how much I love me

even though it was hard, I didn’t give up at all

It’s time I realize that I am no longer the child who had to deal with low self-esteem

I am no longer afraid to look and see the woman who stands before me

despite not being perfect…and I told her

“Ash, I love you and I’m blessed to have existed in a world full of countless wonders, in the land where I can let my dreams come true.”

I see it now, that my best friend who has always stood by me through the beginning was myself…I was just too young to understand, too smart to realize, and too afraid to admit.

Now here's the surprise:


Never will there be another group of people

who deeply touched my heart the way you have

I wandered the road alone

without any hope

until you showed me

how much my life was really worth

because of your devotion and never-ending happiness

I began to change despite the depression

that came around every once in a while

thus, I wish for nothing really this Christmas

my gift came six months earlier than I expected

towards a more faithful life and positive near future to come
