Manga is quite the same as anime except Rei shoots up to be more equal with the others. I guess I just don't like her anime personality. I also like Chibiusa a lot more in the manga too.

The inners were kinda hard to rank for me... Minako, Usagi, and Makoto are all kind of equally liked by me. Setsuna and Hotaru also kind of tie for my affection in ways. Rei and Haruka are definite least favorites for me, although I do like Rei a lot in PGSM.

Mars seems to have less of a personality in the manga than the 90's anime, but I'm not holding that against her. Overall, I still like her character more than Moon and Venus. The reason Moon is not high on my list is that 99% of the time, the main character of anything is not my favorite, and because of that, I don't really like seeing so much of them, LOL. Venus doesn't really interest me, and neither does Pluto (although I'm warming up to her a bit in my re-read of the manga).

This is really difficult! But I loved reading everyone's answers so I'll give it a try.

Ahh this makes it look like Saturn is my least favorite when that's not the case at all. Honestly, if I did a combined list, all the outers would be toward the top/middle. And Venus and Jupiter are more like tied for me. Overall, Uranus only got bumped down because I like Pluto a bit more in the manga. If this was just about the anime, I'd probably put Uranus as second for the outers. Chibiusa would probably be toward the bottom of the list, but not because I dislike her. 

...I feel like a good part of my list changes every time I re-watch or re-read any part of SM, though. I really just love everyone.

Overall for all canons this is usually how it ends up. Pluto is my bae when it comes to the outers, any version (though esp Myu and Manga). Moon will always be my favorite, how can you not love that bubbly silly girl? Naturally Chibs had to go under her. :3

I think Anime/Manga wise Uranus has to be my least favorite overall (even though I love her whole gender identity thing they went into a bit in the manga and she's hella cool in the Myus, especially when Nao plays her).

Id have to say in the liveaction though, hands down its Jupiter and Mercury as favs. But Mars is also badass. AH WHY DO PEOPLE MAKE ME CHOOSE. *panic attack*

Venus is my girl in the anime. She is fabulous and she won't let you forget it! Jupiter was my favorite when I was a kid. I just loved the fact that she had green eyes and brown hair like me. Not many cartoon characters have green eyes. But today I love her tomboy girlish act. Moon is a cutie pie, but sometimes you just want to slap her. Mercury is a cutie pie as well. As for Mars she's cool, but her fighting with Usagi can get annoying. Chibimoon. >.> This little girl, is a great idea for a character, but I don't think she was written well. I don't know. :/

Jupiter is like the star of PGSM. Don't deny it! You know it's true!! PGSM Mercury is the best Mercury in my opinion. I felt I like I got a better understanding of her character. There are other reasons why she rocks, but it would be spoilers. Moon is awesome in PGSM as well. I feel like they refreshed her character in PGSM. Mars is pretty cool too in PGSM. I feel she's a mixture of her anime and manga self. As for Venus..... I am super fan of Minako, but not in the manga or live action series. I love her when she's super happy and out going. I am not crazy about her mature serious side. There are more reasons why I don't like her PGSM, but again spoilers. >.>

AMi is always my favorite Inner doesn't matter the version. Rei and Minako on the other had depend on the version not a big Anime!Minako fan but love PGSM!Minako. Rei is actually the biggest change for me I absolutely despise her in the anime (I've clashed with entirely to many girls like her) but I absolutely love her in pgsm (and now in crystal as well) and of course outers it should come as no surprise that Haruka is my favorite I'm so much like her Hotaru is my third favorite only because at one point I was a lot like her not a part of my life I like remembering and Setsuna is my least favorite no matter how much I adore her because she's the one I can never actually figure out fully.
