Lol, it'd be cute if when ranking up you're given different items. I love how the GC does it with evolving your Star Seed; you could have new members be "Ordinary Girls" ('cause that's always how the main character describes herself, right?) and when they rank up, they get their first Transformation Item and become a "Magical Girl!" from there, maybe have different paths available for them to choose, based on their favorite fandom? Like if you wanted to go from "Magical Girl" to "Sailor Senshi", you'd have a list of things you had to accomplish, like "welcome 100 people to the forums! (kinda lofty number but we're talking 'for instance's here)" "complete the Personality Quiz" "Post in the ____ section X amount of times (on-topic!)" or "join the ____ discussion and voice your opinions on ___", so they have to go through missions to get farther. And it's different if they wanted to be a "Precure" or a ... another type of magical girl (haha I fail), so it's more personalized.

Then you could even have forums within your forum for those specific groups to come together (though that could get clique-y...), like all the "Sailor Senshi" rankers have a Sailor Senshi forum where they can get to know each other. Whether they use that forum or the main, they can level up within that ranking.
For example, a person could go from
Ordinary Girl --> Magical Girl --> Sailor Senshi --> Super Sailor Senshi --> Eternal Sailor Senshi

Ordinary Girl --> Magical Girl --> Cardcaptor --> Clow Master

! Lol, you could even have special events and pit the sections against each other in a point system, and the group with the most points currently run the forum. Like in a ____ contest, it's determined that the Modoka girls won, so the forum colors, skin, and banner are Modoka themed until the next contest, wherein the Modoka team can't participate, but they choose the medium (writing, artist, silly post, etc.) and vote to determine the next winners. And so it cycles XD

And if you have a diverse enough staff, you could make the admin or the moderators the mascots of the different series (Like Luna is an admin, or moderates the Senshi forum, Kyubey the Modoka, etc.).

I really enjoy that idea! I haven't gotten any staff yet. I was going to use items, based on years of magical girls like start with Honey's choker, all the way to like madoka's soul egg thingy. I like your idea better. Like you can choose from the precures, and sailor moon (etc)
I was thinking about doing that too, with the names. I'm just going to let staff pick their own charachter they want to be. Like Infinity Shillouette, Sweet Mint, (also etc)

I'm a big fan of the Precure franchise. It will defiantly be included. I was thinking of a multi magical girl roleplay. It would be chaotic, but wonderful. XD Along with separate role plays for each series. I need to still set everything up. :p Maybe I'll ask the SSMU world if I can use their magical girl pixels...since I know some of them quite well... I might have to do them all myself too. I haven't pixel in a long time, but at least I know how to do it.

And I also need 3 other 'admins' and I don't know how many mods, but a few.

Ive been wanting to roleplay other magical girl series lately!

Don't worry NerdyPanda, it's included. :3 It's a very popular magical girl series, and a lot of Otaku Mews are floating around out there.

Here are the rankings I'm going to go with so far (in terms of series)
Wedding Peach, Sailor Moon, Precure, Tokyo Mew Mew, Doremi, Madoka, and Mermaid Melody
I can always add more later if I get enough fans of other series.

I might consider helping you. What do you all need? Are you using forumotion? I know forumotion pretty well. I'm admin on 5 forumotion forums. 3 out of the 5 which are mine. One happens to be a Tokyo Mew Mew forum. XD

I haven't decided yet. Is it better than proboards?
I've worked with proboards in the past, but to me they are just blah. >.>

Right now I need to make all the graphics, change the forum skin, and set up categories.
I'm not too familar with making skins, but I can try. I need Mods and Admins mostly... I want to have a small staff before I actually decide to make the forum public, so not everything is chaotic and in disarray.

I have never worked on proboards. I did join one once and I didnt really like the forum layout which is why stopped getting on it. You didnt get emails sent to you for replies in topics. Unless they forum founder didnt have it set up that way so I could be wrong.

To my knowledge probards doesn't do that. It's been awhile though since I've admined on a proboards forum. I LOVE the design for the Forummotion homepage though. I'm probably going to go with them.

I'm willing to help be staff and help set up XD

I signed up under Sailor Cosmos! And also, I agree the forums should be separate to avoid confusion.

I would call each forum based on each magical series.

For example:

Tokyo Mew Mew would be the title of the forum then you can have subforums for the manga and the anime.

I would also create a general magical girl forum for series that aren't as popular or too obscure to have its own forum.

I turned guest viewing off for now, just because. XD

And, I'm getting a little more creative with the name titles. Like I'll name Tokyo Mew Mew's section Cafe Mew Mew, Sailor Moon is "The Moon Kingdom" etc
