[center]As we have yet to have a full team of Admin on GC we are still in the
process of hammering out exact jobs and positions. After consideration,
we have decided to change the job duties around to hopefully better suit
the site's needs, and to appeal to a larger number of qualified
members. The new changes are as follows:
We now have a
Activities Director. This position is all about activities! Being active, creating activities, lend a helping hand to the other inner senshi admin, and more. This position is to help keep the forums active.
The Second Position is the
Graphics Director. We have had trouble keep this position, so we are solely concentrating on Ads and minor site graphics. Html is a bonus, but not necessary.
Please note that NEITHER of these position have been assign to
Sailor Mars or
Sailor Mercury . Once they have been filled, the two members will be allowed to discuss who takes which name.

The Admin are the back bone of any site, they are the life blood, the workers, the heart and the brain to the whole operation. They keep the forum running smoothly, keep activity up, and help draw in more members.
I will only fill this position if I feel the candidate is fully capable of handling the Admin's duties and will work the best with my current team of Admin. If I do not find an applicant I will not fill this position. Also be aware that who ever is accepted will be put under a probation/trial run for approximately 2 weeks time to make sure things
run smoothly. This is and has been done for all previous admin.
*Note: The member who takes the position will be allowed to take on the names of Sailor Mars if they so choose.
RULES FOR APPLYING:* Must have been a member for at LEAST one week - so we can get to know you.
* Must have around 30 posts, new threads will be considered worth several posts though.
* Founders are subject to changing, adding, or eliminating these rules at any time.
Here are the tentative duties for the admin positions:

- Be able to commit at least 1 to 2 hours a day or 5-7 hours a week to the site and it's duties

Lead by example with maturity. Maintain an unbiased approach to every situation, or be aware enough that if you are unable to do so that you need to pass it on to another Admin.
- Add members to the appropriate user group
- Be able to answer PMs about the site and Sailor Moon
- Make announcements and keep up to date on projects, or sections you are in charge of.
- Post around the site frequently.
- Must have Moderator, Administrative, or comparable real life working experience.
- Treat this position and application like you would a real job.
- Be able to put up with Neo Queen Serenity
Here are the tentative duties for Graphics Director
- Be able to create quality graphics
- Be willing to listen and take critiques and criticism from Neo Queen if skill level needs improvement
- Create Graphics Daily, and some times last minute.
- Make vectors/ Renders (cut out png images)
Here are the tentative duties for Activities Director
- Requires a large amount of free time, upwards of 2 to 3 hours a day (willing to work with you)- Organize and Coordinate Large events, and work with various members to make projects and events come together
- Be able to mediate, and distribute work appropriately
- Learn the duties of the other inner senshi and be able to preform these duties should they take an LOA
- Lend a helping hand to busy mods and admin
- Create a Yearly Calendar of Events
- MUST have a facebook and tumblr, with limited knowledge of twitter.- Update Tumblr and Facebook every day with announcements and other stuff as asked
