If you know me I'm a big Sailor V fan. I love the Sailor V manga more than the Sailor Moon manga. I know I have a Sailor V RP put on hold at the moment, but the plot has her as a normal human detective. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in doing a Sailor V RP. Just Minako as Sailor V fighting the baddies by herself with Artemis along for the ride. I really don't have any ideas at the moment so let's all collaborate!
