| Once January ends, the current Birthday Crew list will have run out. This means that a new list needs to be compiled, so I am asking for volunteers ^_^ What is the Birthday Crew?  The birthday crew consists of voluntary members who have the responsibility of wishing active forum members, well, happy birthday  Each Birthday Crew Member is assigned a particular time frame within the year. Each time frame also has a back up Birthday Crew Member assigned. If you were already part of the Birthday Crew and still want to be apart of it, you must sign up again. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. If you are interested, you can post here

| I will compile a list for which months the crew will have.
If the number of months is less than the number of crew members, I will divide the time up differently.
The list will be compiled before Jan 31st, since this is the end of the b-day crew cycle, and the new rotation will begin in Feb.
Feel free to claim months, if you want a specific one. |

Sailor Saturn will serve as a stand in in case a member goes on LOA, etc. during their Month Belonging to or Backup Month.
If someone was given a month for when their birthday is, their backup will post it.
If a birthday post isn't made within 48 hours, then the backup should step in and make the post
Birthday Posts should only be given to active members:
Ex. Sally has been on every day with 2000+ posts, she is an active member
Ex. Bob has not been on for a month, but has 1000+ posts, he is still an active member
Ex. Cindy has just joined the forums last week and has 2 posts, due to the time frame, she can still be considered an active member
Ex. Eric joined 4 months ago with 5 posts, and has not been on for 4 months. He is considered inactive |
