I'd like the siggy to be of Sailor Uranus/ Haruka looking sleek and cool (This isn't too hard I think
Maybe an attack or transformation phrase as well? I like when she transforms and runs her hand through her hair...

I'd also like the avatar to involve Uranus

And maybe, a Sailor Star Fighter bumper?
