Queen Serenity has fair, pale skin, which is surprisingly free from blemishes and other beauty marks. Her long, silver hair reaches the floor, even when she wears the traditional hairstyle of the royal line. The traditional hairstyle of the role line is to have her hair rolled into a bun on either side of her hair. The rest of her hair flows freely from each bun. Her bangs are cut short to frame the golden crescent mark in the center of her forward. Her body figure is slim and shapely, which is especially shown in her form-fitting dress. She wears gold ornaments in her pierced ears.

The silver dress is made from soft, shimmering fabric. Queen Serenity's dress is sleeveless. The top has a decorative bow with a crescent moon ornament. The loose fabric is gathered at the back with a bow. Her formal dress reaches the floor and hides her feet, which are adorned with soft, silver slippers. Queen Serenity is seen wearing other garments, although the one described above is her typical outfit. Her other garments are composed of various hues of silver, white, and gold. Queen Serenity prefers long, flowing dresses and has never been seen in pants. The royal crown, which she tends to only wear for official occasions, is a simplistic design made with silver and touches of gold.

Personality: Queen Serenity is a kind-hearted ruler, who truly wishes for the best for her people. She wishes to make herself accessible to her subjects, so she hears their grievances several times a week. At least several times a year she sponsors a celebration for the people of the Silver Millennium in different areas of the kingdom. Her schedule is kept tight and busy, because Queen Serenity hates to idle or leave things undone. Due to her busy schedule, she heavily relies on her advisors, in particular, Luna and Artemis.

Queen Serenity has a close relationship with her daughter, Princess Serenity, although their relationship has been strained in the past, due to the queen's busy schedule. Queen Serenity recognized the strain on their relationship, so she has set aside an hour each day exclusively for her daughter and at least one day out of each month for exclusive mother-daughter bonding. Luna is often invited on these outings. She takes her daughter's education very seriously and, as such, has the best instructors in a variety of subjects. As Princess Serenity has grown older, her mother has instructed Princess Serenity to become more involved within the royal court. Princess Serenity often accompanies her mother to political events, although she is not yet allowed to offer her opinion.

Queen Serenity rarely allows her sadness or anger to show, but certain members of the royal court, especially Princess Serenity, know when they are getting 'the look' of disapproval. Her relationship with the planet Earth is rather under-developed, especially when compared to the relationships her kingdom has with other planetary members of the Silver Millennium. Queen Serenity is quite insightful and, perhaps due to her age, is very knowledgeable of a wide range of disciplines and subjects.

Any Unique Abilities/Skills: Queen Serenity has great command over the Silver Crystal, which she often channels through the Moon Scepter. Her command over the Silver Crystal assists in maintaining the atmosphere and environment of many of the planets within the kingdom of the Silver Millennium.

History: Queen Serenity does not actively engage with memories of her past. When one has lived as long as she has, there is a lot of memories to cover. Long ago, Queen Serenity was born as a direct heir to the throne. Due to political strife, she was sent away to be raised in a different area of the kingdom by close relatives. Through this experience, she gained first-hand knowledge of the various planetary members of the Silver Millennium and forged many relationships, which would be important later on in life when she became Queen.

She returned to the royal court of the moon for her debut as an eligible member of the royal family. From there on, Queen Serenity became intimately familiar with the skills and activities necessary to rule effectively over the Silver Millennium. It was not long until her official engagement was announced. During this time, she began to forge important relationships with her future advisors, Luna and Artemis. Luna and Artemis had been sent as delegates from the planet Mau with the specific title as advisors to the royal family and the future Queen.

Several decades later the ruling Queen passed on. When Queen Serenity ascended the throne, her aging was halted. Shortly after her ascension to the throne, Queen Serenity became pregnant with her first and only child. Shortly after Princess Serenity was born, Queen Serenity's husband passed away. Queen Serenity enlisted the aide of Luna with the care-taking of Princess Serenity while she took her time to grieve and rule the kingdom. Princess Serenity and Luna developed a close bond that never faded. Ever since the death of her husband, Queen Serenity has ruled the Silver Millennium with no man by her side.

The Silver Millennium truly came into the meaning of its name under Queen Serenity's rule. She pushed for the formation of the Silver Alliance, a formal alliance between all of the planetary members of the Silver Millennium. Earth would be the last planet to join the Silver Alliance, if Queen Serenity can ever convince the King and Queen of Earth to join. The members of the Silver Alliance have enjoyed unprecedented prosperity and growth under the rule of Queen Serenity. In some reaches of the kingdom, she has become to be known as a goddess or one imbued with divine powers. Of course, she finds this notion silly.

RP Sample: For all the strife that was between them, the Earth truly did look beautiful at night caressed by the twinkling of the bright stars. "Look, Serenity," she cooed, holding her infant so she could appreciate the beauty of the Earth as well. The infant giggled and reached out for the Earth with one uncoordinated arm. Queen Serenity smiled fondly and turned her face up to gaze again at the beauty of the night. Nearly as beautiful as the day, but not quite. The day had its own special features, as did the night.

Princess Serenity cooed and turned into her mother's chest for a quick snack. Queen Serenity held her daughter closer and looked again at the Earth. It was indeed a shame that the relationship between the Earth and the moon was strained. She felt like a protective guardian of the Earth, even if her participation in its affairs were limited. Just at this very moment her consort was dipping his hand into the affairs of Earth in order to arrange a favorable alliance between the two planets. Before he had left, Queen Serenity had given her consent to offer Princess Serenity's hand in marriage to the prince of the Earth, when they both were of the proper age. The Earth needed to join the Silver Alliance in order to maintain stability of the entire kingdom.

Some people of the Earth worshipped her and her consort as if they were divine beings. That idea did unnerve her, but it would be foolish to argue. Such arguments would only cause strife. Other people of the Earth disliked the very meaning of the Silver Alliance, which relied heavily on the prosperity and goodwill of the moon. Of course, there were many who did not care either way, but they were not in power. Politics was a very dangerous game.

Queen Serenity only hoped that her daughter would be capable of handling such dangers. She did fear for her daughter's future, as every mother did, but she also possessed great hope for her daughter's future, as every mother did.
