Plot Summary:  Tensions are brewing between the Moon and Earth, and speculations of war are spoken in hushed voices in every corner. People are beginning to become scared about what is in store for their future. In the Moon Kingdom, Queen Serenity is doing her best to quell these rumors while keeping peace within her palace. The Inner Senshi have started to tighten their protection over Princess Serenity, which is making it problematic for Princess Serenity to sneak her way onto her beloved Earth.

On Earth, there is talk of a rebellion although most people do not know the details. All they know is that rumors are beginning to circle their way through the small towns scattered around the Kingdom, and everyone is beginning to become angry with the god-like people of the Moon. A darkness is slowly settling itself upon Earth, and its people, both afraid and angry, are welcoming the power it brings with it.

In the far reaches of the Milky Way, the Outer Senshi have caught word of this unease brewing near their princess, and they have become worried for her safety. Although it is their duty to watch for incoming threats, they can't help but to realize that the biggest threat right now is happening on Earth. After deliberation, they have decided that it is in the best interest of their princess and their queen that they take this situation into their own hands before things become too dire to deal with.

Within the secret of her own growing palace, Queen Beryl continues to quietly work in the background to build up her army, strengthen the unrest between the Moon and the Earth, and come in terms with her own new power.

Details on any necessary information:

If there is a desire for it, we could have someone play out the Princess's side-story of trying to sneak off onto Earth, and having the Senshi eventually find out. (This side-story won't really need to be played out unless there is a person to play the Princess. Otherwise, we could just have the information said in passing if the Earth-bound senshi are in contact with someone who is still on the Moon.)

As for the presence of Sailor Saturn, the Outer Senshi have decided to summon her, for they realize that the situation is bad, and if it is needed, they want Sailor Saturn nearby in case her special powers are needed. They were worried that they would not be able to properly summon her while on Earth, so they bring her with them. Plus, the back up of a powerful Senshi wasn't an idea that was frowned upon.

Sailor Pluto has special leave from Queen Serenity to leave her post at the Time Gate and to pursue this threat on Earth. Queen Serenity has told her that she would take care of a replacement until Sailor Pluto returns.

Because of their posts that keep far away from everyone else, the Outer Senshi are not as well acquainted with one another as they are in the future timelines. This also means that Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus have no had time to fall in love with one another.

To begin the RP, the senshi will gather together to tell their intentions to Queen Serenity, and they are told they will have to report back to the Queen every once in a while with their progress. This reporting will add some difficulties to their task since finding a way to send information to the Queen will be risky when they are all supposed to be incognito. The Princess, however, is kept in the dark about the situation as a whole.

The bulk of this RP will be played on the still budding Kingdom of Earth, which is not nearly as refined as the Moon Kingdom. It will be dirtier and more thrown together, huts that serve as houses and no roads, with its people often hungry and unwashed as they find ways to live away from the help that the Moon Queen brings them. The Castle itself is the only building made of stone, but it is not perfect, full of holes where the stones did not fit properly (which have been filled with clay or plaster), and is much smaller than that of the Moon Palace.

As the plot continues, the Senshi decide that trying to infiltrate the Kingdom inconspicuously is their best bet at finding information. They do not want to alarm Earth's citizens by the presence of a bunch of Senshi (as they fear this would be taken as an act of war), so they have to disguise theirselves until they know more information about this rebellion. There are a lot of rumors, but no one seems to know who is behind it all. The Senshi then decide to try to advance their searches into the Castle itself, by becoming guards within it, or assistants to some noble. Whatever kind of plausible job they can find, they will use it to their advantage. Eventually word will get out, one way or another, and Beryl will attempt to eliminate them all. Because of this, the RP may contain violence, but nothing so graphic as to go over PG-13.

If we do not have anyone willing to play the villains to this, then they will have to be played as NPCs, with maybe some restrictions or agreed behavioral ideas for them so that everyone knows what would be expected of them as NPCs. (Since Queen Beryl is vital to moving the plot along, I could possibly take up Queen Beryl as a second character if no one else is willing to do so.)

Villains: Queen Beryl, Zoisite, Kunzite, Jadeite, Nephrite. Possibly others if someone comes up with an idea for one. Technically everyone on Earth can be counted as a villain, as they do not like anyone aligned with the Moon, but they are not terribly hostile (yet).

Maybe it would just be better to eliminate the option to play Inner Senshi so that way the story stays on track? Just my opinion.

Yes, it's pretty much a "what if the outers decided to do something instead of being far far away while all of this dark stuff happens" kind of thing xD

I think you are right that including the Inner Senshi is probably a bit of a stretch since they would want to stay by their princess's side. I shall remove them from the list, that way we can focus just on the Outers and that's all.

Do you think having Princess Serenity as a possible playable character is a bad idea too? I thought that since she would most likely still be jumping onto Earth every once in a while, it would be a fun role for someone to play, but it definitely wouldn't be the focus, so maybe it would be best just to eliminate the role altogether?

Well, I think it wouldn't mess up the RP by having her. She could some how get caught in the warfare without her protectors knowing. Just mark that it wouldn't be a major role. What about the prince?

As for the prince, I know Mayo had shown interest in playing him, and I thought that since the Outers would be incognito on Earth and everything, that Endymion would be around a lot more than anyone from the Moon would be. I envision that the Outers would want to infiltrate the castle at some point in the RP, so I thought that could be interesting to have Endymion around for that too.
