I meant to join much sooner, but I had a hard time coming up with a user name that I wanted to use, and it just slipped my mind until recently. I kept seeing the ads, but the discussion pictures on Tumblr were what finally made me decide to go through with joining. Some things about myself: I'm 24, recently graduated from MTSU, majoring in Music Business, I'm currently the Music Recommendations writer for Lunacy, and being a part of that team is very wonderful.

Other things about myself when it comes to Sailor Moon: My fandom started in the summer of 1998 when I discovered airings of it on WNAB-58 and Cartoon Network (I was excited to see that they were on both stations, except it was the same episode!), I finally watched all 200 episodes of the anime, subtitled, for the first time last summer, and the anime is my favorite adaptation, with PGSM a close second (I still haven't finished it yet, but it's so precious.), and, of course, Sailor Jupiter is my favorite Soldier, with everyone else a close second.

My fandom had lapsed since the last time Sailor Moon aired on American television, but it got revitalized thanks to some friends I made in college who love Sailor Moon, and the Sailor Moon Tumblr community, and I can't wait for the new anime in 2013!

That's really interesting! The MTSU anime club is fun, it was really awesome when I started school there (2006), recently it hasn't been as good, but there are still many wonderful people there.

Also we ar ethe same age yay! Except I turn 25 at the end of the month. You're story sounds similar to mine but I didn't quite catch on until about 2000 for the american airing.

Small Lady: I don't turn 25 until next February so you're a little older than me! While I've been a Sailor Moon fan for so long, I finally watched all the episodes as they meant to be watched over the summer of 2011. It was an amazing experience, but 200 episodes is a lot! I'll probably re-watch individual series, but not the whole thing all over again!

Also, thank you for your offer! I am the one writing for Lunacy, so certainly I am doing a good enough job, but I often feel like I could be doing better. Right now my focus is on trying to sound more natural, and one thing that I can do that I'd like to apply to the recommendations is picking out elements in the mix that aren't apparent unless you listen very carefully.
