Why hello there Sailor Moon fans ^^ I thought I'd join since I'm one myself! Ever since I was 11 in fact . My country only showed the two first seasons of the series so I had to buy/watch the rest online. I grew up in sweden, but right now I live in france with my honey.

I love to draw, read and watch other anime as well (although I must say, Sailor Moon is the only anime I want to rewatch over and over again!)

I have a small Sailor Moon collection that I started recently :3 it's nothing big but let me know if you guys wanna see it!

Hmm hmm what else.. Well My favourite senshis are Moon, Chibi Moon and Saturn. (Who can dislike Usagi? Srsl?)

I'm really looking forward to the new anime, let's just say that I love it already, I'm not expecting anything from it because I have a feeling of that it'll be awesome x3 I'm just hoping that they do the transformation/attack scenes well animated and not all blurred out like they did with Precure.

Hello ^^ Welcome to GC~ Ah.. when I was young it was aired (I love in the USA) but I was a little too young to really catch it on TV. So I've only recently downloaded it all and actually watched it (I'd say about three years ago now..) - so I understand

I bet France is awesome (though I suppose Americans have a different view of the country lol we romanticize it - and its foreign so its automatically interesting); I'm pretty enamored with all of Europe ATM though; especially France, Germany and England.

I have a super small collection myself - a moon wand from an old doll and the two reprinted Sailor V english volumes - but I'm still proud of it~ We'd love to see your collection (you can showcase it in the SM merchandise forum).

For a long time I disliked Moon and Chibimoon, but after properly watching it I just loooooove them :3 I really love Saturn too, especially the contrast drawn between Saturn and Moon - very symbolic :]

I feel the same way about the new anime! I'm excited no matter what, because I know Naoko will do right by the existing fans, she wouldn't let something bad be produced/released under her and the sailor moon name. I'm not of a fan of the newer 3d aspects that show up in modern magical girl henshin sequences =/ its just icky, sometimes they blend well and yeah that's okay, but sometimes it just looks grosss and is an obviously marketing ploy.

I first watched Sailor Moon in english here where I am but some of the french version aired also later. I could only view few episodes. It was strange because both versions were very different but variety and differences are always still fun to see

Sometimes I do wish I lived in Europe... you're able to travel to other countries so much easier it seems! ^///^

I have a friend who studied in France for awhile and another person I know currently lives there. Is it a lot different than Sweden or are there perhaps some similarities? /curious

As for differences and similarities, it's actually very different. The Economy, the people, the weather, the pretty much everything is different in france than what I'm used to in sweden. I don't dislike it though :3

Hi welcome to the fourms! It is really cool to see how spread out the Sailor Moon fandom is!! I've always wanted to go to Sweden and I am going to France this spring for a bit.
I discovered Sailor Moon long after it was aired in the US so I had to watch the series online too. I am a small Sailor Moon collection too of mostly the manga and a few CDs and VHS tapes. I've tried to build it up by bidding on wands and lockets on ebay, but I lack the funds to actually win, so for now my collection is not growing very much. (I'm rambling aren't I?)

No we got France's dub and only a season I think.

Ha! Ha! Yeah I remember that! I think Quebec didn't dub it because we already had the english dub airing. Then again, Quebec and some people from New Brunswick speak french but the rest of Canada is mostly if not entirely english

The Language Club at my school is taking a trip to Spain and France over spring break and I was lucky enough to get a spot on the list! I'm not sure exactly what we are doing when we get there...I supose see all those famous European sites like the Eiffle Tower and the Louvre and things like that. I hope they make new stuff for the anime too! (I think everyone is hoping for it! )

Yay someone who doesn't hate Chibi Usa! While shes not my top fav Senshi, she's is up there...its always hard for me to chose, but i do adore Chibi Moon lots and lots. She's just so precious and amazing. I love watching her mature in the manga. :3 <3

I don't understand all the hate towards Chibiusa, I guess it's cause they made her such an annoying and selfish brat in the anime (at least in R) I think she's so adorable, how she's the smallest soldier of them all :3 trying her best with Pink Sugar Heart Attack xD <3
