Geez you're going to laugh now XD lol. I use Windows Photo Gallery, Windows Word for texts and Paint for resizing X'D (and sometimes free Artweaver like for my Starlights coloring and the Inner 'attack' siggies) I want Photoshop ;___;

I do love the manga!!! Naoko is just so gifted!! And it can have just Usagi or Usagi and Chibiusa, or a group shot of the senshi. Thank you so much!!

You do a great job!! It is great that you are so creative to think to use the diffent types of software like that!! I would love to have Photoshop too but it is too pricey for my budget and I focus more on traditional arts so a fantastic graphics program doesn't make much sense!!
Have you ever tried Paint.net? It is a 100% free program that is between Paint and Photoshop. It is what I used for my Starlights coloring and other stuff I've done.

Thank you Luna ! Yeah I have to use varied programs because my Word doesn't save the pictures with texts so I have to cap my whole screen and cut it on Paint to save the pics as PNG files XD

And actually I didn't do it with Paint, I used the Free Art Weaver for coloring and cutting the manga pic of Usagi fighting Galaxia ^^. I use Paint for resizing (after I've capped my Word screen which has the picrure with text...) because my Windows Photo Gallery doesn't support PNGs and the quality sucks if it's JPEG XD It's complicated since I usually need to use at least three different programs for the siggies XD
