I'm new here...so I don't really know what I have to do to get started but I do know that I would really love a Sailor Saturn avatar or signature possibly, I mean I could make my own but I'm not sure if I can do that. All I know is that I have to talk to one of the members here.

If you'd like to have it without that glow, I can do one without it. Please tell me how you like it and if you'll use it, please credit me somewhere^^(I don't need big credit, just a little bit if possible^^) I'll make the sig next, when I just have time because I made this in a HUGE rush And without the effect, the picture quality is MUCH better, so it's up to you which one you prefer^^!
