I used to be apart of a sailor moon site years ago where people traded sailor moon cards which was pretty much small avatar like sailor moon pictures. You started out with 5 when you joined. Every member had a different set of cards displayed in their signatures and if someone wanted to trade cards with you they could message you asking for a certain card and if you consented you took the old card out of your signature and put up the card you traded for vise versa. I think it would be neat if we could do this and maybe give a special card away for contest winners, you get a card on your birthday or when you achieve a certain rank. Mods or admins could have special cards or perhaps use the cards as an incentive to get members more involved. What do you guys think?

Sorry dear, this is because I am on LOA. We have actually looked into it, but I denied the idea because a new site recently surfaced that is solely for the sailor moon trading cards.

I didn't want to step on any toes so we didn't pursue it any more.

I may want to come back to this some day, but for now, I feel we have other things we are working on (aka me) and we are short our graphics admin.

I am not very knowledgeable on trading cards but perhaps we could have our own version of them without it having to be another task for NQS. Possibly we could take images and shrink them down to the proper size and use those for now. And then as we go along we could create more elaborate ones or ones that are more graphically unique.

We have a lot of siggy makers here -- perchance they may want to take part in this.

Guys, I'm asking we don't take this on RIGHT NOW, I still need to implement an awards system to go under avatars. I'm not saying NO, I'm just requesting we wait until we are more caught up on some other things I'd like to get started.
