Hi! So I just have a quick question about gaining ranks.

I was on vacation for about a week visiting family a week or so ago. So during that week I didn't have a chance to spend any time online at all. I was just wondering does that affect my ranking when the time comes (which should be any day if not now). I thought that this might be an issue because on the page stating ranks and all of that it said that one must be active all that time.

The topic of one's consistent activity really focuses on those who either start off very busy and then vanish or for those who disapear for weeks on end, only to come back for a day and then are gone once again. I know that you freuqent the boards and this post as well really helps a lot. It shows that you care about your place here and are serious about advancing in your ranks. I will definitely take this into consideration when your time comes to become a Pyramidal Crystal.

For the future, if you know that you will be gone for a week or longer and am concerned about your activity, you can always PM me about it so I know that you have not simply "poofed."

I may also add that the Announcements board is where you should post a LOA = A Leave of Absence saying you will be gone for however long. It's a way for members to also know what's going on

Thank you for answering my question! I was a little worried because today is actually my three week mark

And it was a quite sudden vacation actually. My mother and I had been begging my Dad to go to Florida for a week to visit family; once he said yes we pack and left within the next few days before he had a chance to say no XD

Okay I will keep this in mind for next time I wasn't sure what to do and by the time we had left we were on the road for two days and then I wasn't online at all for a week. haha.
