Act 17 - Although Queen Metalia is gaining power rapidly, Usagi is more concerned with what is going on between Mamoru and Hina. Meanwhile, Rei visits a local church and runs into Minako Aino and the two end up caring for a stray dog.

Act 18 - Makoto strives to help Usagi by finding out more about the Hinta and Mamoru situation while St Juban Church continues to be targeted... all five Sailor Soldiers end up battling the enemy together for the first time!

In addition to more PGSM, we're finally wrapping up the Dracul Series you guys, so everyone come and watch this grand finale, you do not have to see the other Dracul musicals to understand this one. So come on everyone, this is a very important musical in SeraMyu history. Although we do gain Megumi Yoshida [Rei Hino / Sailor Mars] and Kenji Tominaga [Dark Cain] into our reccurring myu cast, we make our final goodbyes to Miyuki Kanbe [Usagi Tsukino / Sailor Moon], Hidemasa Edo [Mamoru Chiba / Tuxedo Kamen], Mario Tomioka [Hotaru Tomoe / Sailor Saturn] and Yuuta Mochizuki [Mamoru Chiba / Tuxedo Kamen / King Endymion / Count Dracul]. This musical also features special guest Mari Yasuda [Sailor Chi] as Mandrako and includes the Super Revue Musical Show Bonus!

Finally, the trajectory of Planet Vulcan's orbit has changed and Death Vulcan, the power behind Undead Berserk, Death Lamia, Lilith of Darkness and Astarte is descending to Earth... with him is Dark Cain, brother of Count Dracul, also known as Abel. Time is running out for the Sailor Soldiers, and it doesn't help that suddenly the Outer Soldiers suddenly announce they're going on holiday to Monaco! This time, the enemy is too powerful for even Sailor Moon to overcome and she must find help from an unexpected source. Usagi must try to seal away the last and greatest secret of the Solar System, but not all is as it appears... just what are the Dark and Silver Tablets and who is the real enemy... Death Vulcan or Dark Cain...
