Who here was/is a Code Lyoko fan?! I have loved Code Lyoko since it first aired! Hence why I am called Yumi (YumiSplash, my game tag).

So they are currently making a Season 5 consisting for 25 episodes, but the cartoon part is going to be live action! This totally blows my mind. How are they supposed to openly host X.A.N.A attacks with creatures like this!? I really hope they keep Yumi being Asian, like I hope they don't change how the characters are. Like Yumi is Japanese, Ulrich German, and Odd Sweden. I wonder if they will keep Kiwi? OR OR.... HOW ARE THEY GOING TO DO ODD'S HAIR IN THE LIVE ACTION?! Regardless, I hope they don't allot William back to Lyoko & I hope they don't end up having Sissy go as well, or any other new people....

I know what people think, Code Lyoko is stupid, but after the first season, the story line gets really in dept. It is almost like a cartoon drama, except it is a french anime

Everyone needs to watch Code Lyoko.

Code Lyoko:

The story of a a genius who created a super computer and a virtual world within the computer for him and his daughter to live. When the government came to get them, he virtualized himself and his daughter, Aeilta into the world called Lyoko. Sadly X.A.N.A a program he made turned evil and took him hostage. X.A.N.A began activating towers within LYOKO which caused attacks in the real world.

Jeremy, a kid genius was looking for robot parts in an old factory when he found the Super Computer and when he turned it on found Aelita. After some time went by, Yumi (a year older than the rest of them & Japanese) Ulrich (from germany) and Odd (from Norway) became Lyoko warriors and went into Lyoko everytime X.A.N.A launched an attack. To deactivate the towers Aelita has to enter code: "LYOKO" into the activated tower. Also, the super computer is so powerful that it can launch "return to the pasts" after every attack.

Season 1 they got Aelita out of the computer

Season 2 they disconnected Aelita from X.A.N.A but X.A.N.A escaped the computer

Season 3 they still fight X.A.N.A and a new member William is taken over for the rest of the season

Season 4 they free William and defeat X.A.N.A

Season 5 Making it live action (live action going into the virtual world vs cartoon going into the virtual world)

I really love that series and was just talking about it with my friends today. Geez lol the coincidences. A must watch for anybody.

I think the series is very unique compared to other things.

I think that the will continue with the relationships but if they screw that up they will chibi off a lot of fans and get tons of complaints.

Oh, do you read any fanfictions? I have tons of Code Lyoko fanfictions from when I was in 10th grade... like 6-7 years ago. OH WOW THAT WAS A LONG TIME AGO ._.

The spelling is horrible but the overall plots are amazing I think. I might go back and finish my unclosed stories from so many years past.

I loved this show as a kid! The CGI bother me as a kid, but it was still an awesome show!

I would like to read them if you posted them somewhere on the internet, I read fanfics but I never thought about looking up code lyoko fanfics.

I love Code Lyoko! I haven't been able to finish season 2 or watch seasons 3 and 4 yet, along with the live action because most of season, 2, season 3, and season 4 never got to DVD/Blu-ray, so I have to watch them on the internet and the live action hasn't been "subbed" or "dubbed", so I can't watch that one yet.

I remember Code Lyoko a decade ago, watched it with my nephew when he was younger and not yet a teen in high school. MAN, where did the time go? I find it a good cartoon and would show it to my kids (not sure Code Lyoko still on). I was able to follow the stories about computer students in a private school enter a literal alternative universe (this is like out of Disney's "Tron").
