| Shingo Tsukino Usgai's younger brother  credit: Wikamoon
There's really not a lot to say about Shingo. In both the anime and the manga Usagi and him fight like typical siblings. In the first episode of the anime he calls his sister stupid when he sees that their mother locked her out of the house for failing a test. He enjoys playing video games and playing pranks on his sister. In the episode where Usagi was worried about his weight he rigged the scale so when she stood on it to weight herself it would break. He admires both Sailor Moon and Sailor V. In the anime only: He has a crush on a girl in class named Mika. In episode 18 he accidently breaks a doll that she made. To apologize he makes a Sailor Moon doll for her. Later in the episode his doll ends up getting destroyed due to a Yoma attack. At the end of the episode Mika makes a Sailor Moon doll for him. In episode 5 it was revealed that Shingo was afraid of cats because when he was baby a cat bit him on the nose. During the episode Luna tries to befriend Shingo and things go wrong when he gets a Chanelas which are little creatures that steal your energy. Sailor Moon is able to save him from the Chanelas and after the battle she tells Shingo to be nice to Luna. He agrees and is able to befriend Luna. In PGSM: Shingo isn't seen much in the live action. He first appears in the first episode trying to wake Usgai up for school. He often is shown arguing with his sister. In the series he keeps to himself and is never shown of having any friends. He likes to play video games. My opinion: Poor Shingo  We don't get to see much of his character. I found him hilarious in the live action because he seem like the normal one compare to his mother and sister. He also seem the most grown up because his mother seem somewhat childish to me. My favorite episode of him from the anime has to be episode 5. | Ah, that image looks like a cel from the episode in R during the Makaiju arc where they are at the laser tag shooting game. There is an episode of him getting a small crush on Ami during Supers where TigersEye has targeted Ami.  |

| Shingo definitely reminds me of the typical annoying brother (I'm the youngest of six so I have two older brothers XD).
I always found it interesting though how Shingo is actually based off of Naoko's actual brother. ^^ |

| I always thought it was a shame how Shingo didn't develop beyond "that annoying little brother." I guess that goes for all of Usagi's family members, but Shingo was especially interesting to me for some reason. |

I would have loved if he had a scene in the Stars were he had grown somewhat and had a moment with Sailor Moon in a dangerous attack of sorts and protected her. And I would have loved if he discovered that Usagi was Sailor Moon. |

In fact, a whole scene where the whole family finds out. xD OoOoO WEEE I'm so glad I found a Shingo thread!  Anyways I think it would have been awesome for the family to find out about all of the senshi and Tuxedo Mask! Plus I really wish we could have seen more Outer Senshi interaction with Usagi's family, so that my derpy headcanon dream of Hotaru ending up with Shingo would somewhat happen. haha |

| Funfact: Setsuna, Shingo and Haruna all have the same voice actress... Chiyoko Kawashima... i believe she also played a couple of monsters |
