| I finally got a glimpse at the owl that lives around our house and its a big one! I was so excited. He(she) is most likely a great horned owl. Superb indeed. I'm sure it has a mate as I could see all the big nests in the tree (with the leaves gone). |

| Indeed it is! All we get is a white cat that likes to frighten our cat. xD |

| All we have is squirrels that eat our pansies. They crawl into the table on the deck and eat the flowers from the pot. |

| Lol! I don't see squirrels too often but we don't have the best trees in our yard. The trees where I saw the owl are actually in a neighbors yard and I've been hearing that owl for months and months now and never could see it. I just wish it hadn't been dusk because even with binoculars it was hard to make out its coloring and stuff.
As far as other critters...its mostly just other birds like mockingbirds and bluejays that we see, did have like 3 or 4 hummingbirds over the summer and i set out a feeder, which was cool! They were so cute to watch, even though it was mostly just fighting over the feeder (and i put out 2!).
I have seen a squirrel or two before but i think our yard is too wide open so it makes them vulnerable to birds of prey. There's a house that's next to the neighborhood and they have chickens so I get to see those....
oh and plenty of hawks and stuff. xD

| We have rabbits that occasionally show up, but otherwise it's mainly crows (probably) and squirrels.

| rabbits showed up pretty frequently at my parents house. My dad always would complain that they'd get in his garden lol. Though the property (owned by the electric company) behind theirs was recently cleared out so I guess no more rabbits. |

| I know that a couple of streets from us there are rabbits in a nearby park. It's just so random but yeah I've seen a few cute bunnies at night. The other weird animal in the neighbourhood is a wild turkey! No one knows where it came from but it just randomly appears in our front or back yards. xD |

| @Cardea groceries xD and some christmas gifts and other stuff i didn't need. xD @chriss oh wow! I've seen wild turkeys before but not here. In my home town, there's a really nice paved trail that goes through almost the whole parish (its over 25 miles long, miss being able to use that trail) and I've come across wild turkeys once before while biking on it. |
