| Everyone loves a good scary story, but what about short stories? What if each of theses stories were told in one image and one sentence? Whaaat? Nah, how can that be scary? Well, Irish artist Brian Coldrick has pulled it off! He's made roughly 100 still images and animated gifs with a short and telling caption for each-and has even published a book with some of them in it! Now, while he does have a tumblr, the short stories are somewhat out-of order, as I've found out. But there's an article on the website boredpanda.com that has all of them compiled, in order! - here are two of my favorites :
And let me remind you, there are one-hundred of them! So turn off the lights and enjoy! And feel free to post your favorite ones in the thread, but under a spoiler tag, please. Don't wanna spoil the stories for those who haven't seen them. |
