Used Canons:I will lightly be using information from the 1st and 2nd seasons of the subbed anime of Sailor Moon. However, there is not a lot of information on him anyways, and as a result I'm forced to make up things like his birthday and background, etc.
Physical Description (include clothing generally worn): Andrew is a happy go lucky guy who always has a smile on his face for everyone who walks through the arcade doors. However, he reserves his biggest grins for the girls and Darien, his favorite customers and good friends. With his short, sandy blonde hair and mesmerizing green eyes, the junior high girls of Tokyo tend to fantasize about pursuing a relationship with him, even though he considers none of them comparable to his girlfriend, Reika. Since you can usually find him working at the arcade to get through college, he typically is wearing a casual long sleeved or short sleeved shirt in white, or pale blue followed by a pair of blue jeans. Covering his casual wear is an white apron with red straps and red buttons, protecting his clothes from the oil stains of french fries and milkshake spills.
Personality: Andrew is the type of person you can always expect to be happy and friendly towards just about anyone. However, he will call you out if you are being mean or rude to the other people around him. Andrew loves to be helpful and give advice, but that doesn't necessarily mean his advice is always correct. The dirty blonde works hard towards his goals, believing that it is better to work to pay your way through school than to expect a free ride. Due to his general love of people, he learns as much as he can to become a good doctor and to help people when they are not feeling well. Andrew also has a little sister whom he tends to be overprotective of, especially when she tries to date boys!
Any Unique Abilities/Skills: Andrew has the ability to look past a person's words and to see what they really think and feel. Due to this, he has huge empathy and is great at helping people feel better about themselves and their problems. That is, if said person is willing to open up.
History: Andrew had grown up in an environment with his little sister, Lizzie, where it was expected for he and his sister to take over the family business. However, the Crown Arcade is not a hospital where he can heal ill patients and therefore doesn't want to take over the family business at all. Instead, he works at the arcade to put himself through school while he works towards his medical degree.
He and his sister, Lizzie, are very close! Regardless of that, very few people know of her because the two siblings tend to keep it to themselves. When Lizzie isn't dating a boy that Andrew doesn't approve of (which is any boy, since none are good enough for his baby sister!), they love to hang out at home together, talking about their future goals, and wishing each other success. While Andrew works in the arcade, Lizzie works upstairs in the parlor as a waitress. Although there are times when they drive each other crazy, Andrew is very happy to have his little sister in his life.
Andrew goes to school with his best friend, Darien, who he met in college. Andrew notices how Darien tends to be cold at times and keeps to himself a majority of the time, but has to grown to love the other young man as a brother. Andrew knows that Darien has some kind of secret, but he isn't sure what it is and doesn't push it, afraid that he would loose his good friend by budging into his "secret" life. However, Andrew thinks it may have something to do with Darien's obsession with the Tuxedo Mask plushies in the claw machine game.
His favorite customer at the arcade happens to be a fourteen year old girl by name of Serena. They are similar in many ways; Both being happy, friendly, and always prepared to help their friends. However, he loves her uniqueness and the way she seemed to always be surrounded by many friends of all types. She seems to have learned to love everyone, with the exception of Darien who was always teasing her.
When Serena and Darien argue and fight in the arcade, it tends to make Andrew feel aggravated even though he keeps it to himself for the most part. Sometimes he wishes that the two would just get over themselves and get rid of the playground antics. Behind the scenes, Andrew truly wishes that the two would get together.
Andrew has a girlfriend named Reika who moved to Africa in order do research on bugs. Being willing to do anything for her, he offered to go with her and study bugs too, even though he hates them. She declined that idea, admitting that he had dreams of becoming a doctor and she didn't want him to give them up for her. They now have a long distance relationship where they write each other everyday. Andrew dreams of someday marrying her.

Role Playing Sample The smell of grease and oil invaded his nostrils as Andrew carried a large plate full of french fries with a gooey cheeseburger in one hand, and a chocolate milkshake in his other, to booth five. Sitting in the red booth, a young girl with blonde pigtails upon her head squealed with joy as the waiter placed her delectable meal in front of her.
"Here, Serena!" Andrew exclaims, his eyes glancing over the booth to see if she was with anyone. "Where are your friends?"
Andrew had become accustomed to the fourteen year old girl bringing her newest friends to the arcade everyday. First, there was the blue haired girl named Amy who had a knack for any kind of research, followed by the fiery priestess named Raye who loved to get into raspberry wars with her meatball headed peer. They, accompanied by Serena and Darien with their constant bickering, seemed to make every day more interesting. Andrew was loving every exciting minute with them, especially since it gave him something other than Reika's dream of going to Africa to think about.
