Sailor Mercury, or Aurae, our caring and kindhearted Activities Director, has been a member of the forums since 2013 and hasn’t slowed down at all! She ensures that the members of GC always have something to look forward to in running the yearly Anniversary and other events, along with the Party Planners! She is all over the forums (in a good way!) as she is a talented and avid roleplayer who not only is a roleplay moderator for the Tokyo City subforum (where she looks after all of the roleplayers in her section), but also is a Rainbow Crystal stampholder, the highest honor for a roleplayer here at GC. Her love for writing is also shown in her leadership of the Writing and Roleplaying Guild, where she organizes fun contests, challenges, and games for members to express their creativity in. In the Old Lady Social Circle (yet another thing she leads!), she organizes awesome events for the club, and it is also where she loves to discuss some of her favorite things with her fellow members: tea, knitting, and frilly dresses! Thank you so much for the incredible work you do all around the forums, Mercury!

Sailor Venus, or Maru/Haine, has been here nearly as long as the forums have been existing, and because of this, she has been a constant source of friendliness and helpfulness to all throughout the years! As our Media Director, she posts GC threads, Sailor Moon news, and other cool things to the GC social medias in order to keep everyone up to date with the happenings in GC and the Sailor Moon universe. Not only does she do this, she oversees The Clubhouse forum as well--where she also leads her own club, The GC Planners--assisting members with their questions and with opening or closing their own club. Before becoming an admin, she was a Silver Crystal Mod for the Artists, Writers, and Otaku Senshi forums (my current section!) where she helped writers and artists mature to their full potential! She also is an art lover herself who creates beautiful pieces, especially her wallpapers and manga colorings! On top of this, she is a leader of the Artists, Graphics, & Cosplayers Guild, where she continues to nurture aspiring artists and cosplayers along with the help of the guild council. We are so grateful to have you at GC, Venus!

Kai, you fireball priestess train you! What would we do without your presence helping to keep this place in tip top shape? I think you're a bit of a legend from your early days on GC compared to how I've gotten to know you but that was before my time. What I can share are all the ways that you've stuck out to me as a shining example on GC, because I really truly look up to you. You know, when we talk, I frequently end up feeling a bit humbled because you so easily embody a straightforwardness and strength that I wish I could possess in kind. Honestly, my bumbling in our conversations reminds me way too much of that time in the manga when Minako visits Rei's school XD. But somehow you put up with me anyways! Telling is that our first conversation started because I made a mistake on the Weekly Lottery form. I was still quite fresh-faced and asked so many questions once the conversation was started. I was really pleasantly surprised how easy-going and open he was. And already it's been 30 weeks of that lottery project! I can just imagine Kai huffing right now. "It's easy," he'd say, simply. He says that about the OSA-P shop too. And all the other countless administrative checkboxes he hits every day, week, and month. But it doesn't make them any less valuable, now does it?[/font]


Kai was the other person that suggested I apply for the Moderator position when it opened up last summer. I was really flattered. By that time we had already begun working together to get the crossword idea from Starchild up and running and imagining working more with him was one of the big draws to apply. If you want to do something on GC, Kai is a perfect sounding board. He loves new ideas and his experience and groundedness helps you to shape something that is concrete and doable. So helpful in so many ways... Happy as a clam to take on all his admin duties on top of what he does for The Crown Arcade and Parlor and OSA-P shop, bookkeeper extraordinaire over here rivals Sailor Mercury in his reliability. It's easy for things on a site like this to slip away when admin aren't around. Kai's steadfast nature ensures anything under his purview never suffers that fate. He's a much-needed rock in a sea of ever shifting ideas, activity and membership. Thank you so much for all that you do and continue to do and for believing in (and putting up with) me. But it's not just stubbornness and resolve that gives you an edge as exemplary admin. In the end, you're just a big softie for the forums, aren't you Kai ^_~

Artemis was one of my first friends on GC. An incredibly kind, helpful and open person she shared a lot about her life with me when we first met as mentor and mentee through the Senshi-in-Training program. I instantly felt like I was accepted and that getting to know the ins and outs of the community didn't have to be so daunting after all - that I didn't have to do it all by trial and error alone. I had a friend. That was back not so long ago when she was still "Sailor Gallifrey". I can't tell you guys how much I've appreciated her guidance since I first walked through these sparkly doors. She was one of two people that convinced me to apply for Moderator and I'm so glad she did! She's been such a great mentor, and a shining example of the true potential of the training program. 

When she was given the task of overseeing it and she sent out the first update to the program's members, I couldn't help but smile!! Sam, you make me so confident in our community by being such a supportive member and now admin. I can't thank you enough for all of your help and guidance in all the day-to-day things, transitioning mod duties with the recent site change, and even despite being so busy still being happy to chat about this and that every once in a while. I think you show us a great example of striking the right balance between life and online life. I know it probably gets overwhelming, as it does sometimes for everyone that loves GC and works hard to keep it active, but please know there's no one I look up to more when it comes to that balance. And that's saying a lot, since you're younger than me :p. I'm so lucky I can call you "senpai"! Thank you so much for all that you do and strive for here on GC, and for believing in me. I'm thankful for each day that I get to continue to work together with you.

Jupi is always such a huge help! She's always around if you need her, and takes time to assist members with their problems. She's always easy to reach out to, and is indispensable to us mods and the forum as a whole! Since she is often first to help the mods, she really gives us a hand. I've had my fair share of hiccups, and Jupi is there to offer a helping hand.

Whether it's member issues, site issues, or just needing someone to talk to, you can count on her. She's very sweet and patient, too. I'm sure helping everyone gets to be a handful, but Jupi is always there and always kind. Jupi is also super fun! She mingles with the new members so well, and is good at making people happy! I truly appreciate everything she does for us, and I'm sure everyone else does too!

I've known Ally-Cat since she was a mod, and I've always tried to follow in her footsteps as moderator of the media section! She gave me lots of help in training, and I really appreciate that she took the time to make sure I knew how to run the graphics section! Her graphics are phenomenal, and she's always kind enough to offer help and advice with others wishing to make siggies and avvies. 

She's also a huge help by making lots of event and prize graphics! She takes the time to fulfill requests in her own graphics request thread, as well. She makes gorgeous graphics for everyone that makes a request. Ever the nerd, she also makes lots of friends in new fandoms and forms bonds and little families with her fellow fans. Game of Thrones, anyone? Diana is truly a wonderful admin, and we're so lucky to have her!

To our ever-so-talented Bubbles (Sailor Neptune)! However busy she may be, she will never fail to fulfill the graphics needs of the RP section, at the same time always keeping her work top-notch! Sacrificing quality in the slightest must be a big no-no in her book. She has already given so much towards GC, both now in the RP section but as well as in the other side, as some of you here will remember her from her Sailor Mercury days.

And of course, she's even done the most improbable - with her engaging writing style and imaginative storylines, she managed to make me actually give RPs a go too xD I still remember my first ever attempt in a RP-event she hosted (in a previous GC anni, actually!). I was really so hesitant to post "Submit" to my sign-me-up post, but here I am now...

Thanks for all your hard work towards making GC a more fun place! It's always nice to see you around and RP with you (and we still need to come up with an idea for a Venus/Artemis RP ok).

And to the purest and sweetest Verdi (Sailor Saturn)! Queen of patience, it seems like she always have something positive to find in any situation. It seems practically impossible to make her irritated about something (I mean, don't take this as a challenge xD But still!) Whatever mishaps she may have to deal with in the RP section, she will always handle it with a smile.

And of course, that's on top of all the energy and creativity she puts towards creating a variety of fun and unique casual events, directed towards new and experienced players alike. She has made herself such an integral part of this section of the forums that it seems really hard to imagine what it would be like without her! 

Many thanks for all your hard efforts, and for always doing your best through both periods of high and low activity! Looking forward to seeing what else you have in store for us!

What can I say about our beloved Kyra? She's one of the forums most talented writers-and is even more talented when it comes to role-playing. You can tell she puts her heart into each of her posts; and her characters and roleplays are incredibly well developed and rounded. She's also an excellent host of hardcore events, and her ability to come up with original plots for them as well as the multiple npc characters, environments, and battles are something to be admired. This isn't even counting how often she's willing and able to give advice and help out other members with their own roleplaying-So give Sailor Uranus a huge round of applause! The forum would not be the same without you, and we truly appreciate and admire you!

You had such foresight to bring into being this Cauldron for all of us Sailor Moon (and anime/manga) fans - a place no other online community or forum can rival in its beauty. Even if some days we don't get a chance to see your face, your presence is felt everywhere. It shines through every corner of the forum. Queenie's devotion to the forum and her work for it are beyond admirable! All of the mods appreciate you so much, and we all look forward to work with you more in the future! We owe all of these friendships to you, Queenie! Without the tireless hours she has spent of her free time for all aspects of the forums, the forum would have likely never reached its 7th Anniversary currently being celebrated. This one of a kind place on the internet, where you can share and discuss your love for Sailor Moon and other anime, create and share art/graphics and writing/roleplaying and more, and be accepted warmly by all, has been cultivated by our one and only Queenie with of course the help of all of the staff throughout the years. We are so thankful for all you've done. This one of the most active forums I've ever seen in terms of how often the members are comfortable enough to have a high activity level throughout the years. Each and every aspect of this forum, from it's graphic designs to the roleplay section to its layout, and even the abundance of events is not often seen in other forums. While the admin and mods do have their place, the forum would have never been able to achieve this without you, Neo Queen Serenity!
