This thread is where you say if you're helping or not. You aren't required to help with every event, but you are required to show that you're active. Inactive users and members who do not host what they're committed to are periodically removed from the Party Planners group. Details on that are all in the Party Planner's sign up thread that you initially replied to.)
- Planning (The planning thread is the critical thread for discussion! All ideas must be proposed here, including claims for events! Most of the time this is also where you'll let me know when your threads are ready for review, as you'll be creating any needed threads here in this planning forum. I always take a look at everything to make sure there are rules, dates, etc. If you have questions for other Party Planners or need help with anything, the planning thread is the right place!)
- graphics requests (If you don't make your own graphics for events, this thread is where you can ask Diana to help out with what you need—headers, bumpers, prize signatures, etc. She creates a new one for each forum celebration.)
- activities recording (Most of the events for a forum celebration involve games and contests, which earn points for members who participate. When an activity that you lead is concluded, you'll report in this thread so Sailor Mars can assign points.)
