Then I will host the rainbow cake game and a MahJong game I found from the same site along with the sudoku. Mahjong kinda fits the casino theme, but it's just matching. Plus, this one's easy on beginners.

ALRIGHTY! Getting our act in gear here, Brit and I are looking at hosting a 24-hour (or nearly - tbd) stream each. One on the weekend of the 21st and one the following weekend.

Since sometimes there are admin surprises or whatnot please let me know if there's any timeslots during those weekends that we should work around so we're not competing for member attention. (This includes Friday nights.)

RTRP FIGHTING TOURNAMENT via a series of 1v1 RTRP scenes using the -roll 20 bot feature in discord. There will be a bracket made.


It will cost 100 GC POINTS TO ENTER and to the tournament winner GOES THE POT


Members who do not wish to participate (or those that do and also want to do this) CAN BET GC POINTS FOR THEIR FAVORITES TO WIN. The odds will always be 50/50 so I'll handle this by just taking all the points for that bet, putting them all together, and then divvying them up at the end in a fair manner. Or have "the house" cover to make everyone get double their bet back. OR LOSE IT COMPLETELY, MWAHAHAHAHAHAH

EDIT: I've decided to have the mahjong game have multiple places depending on the number of participants, as well as the sudoku game since I've got cards to hand out and whatnot. My question to mercury is this-how long should sign-ups for sudoku last? Should I host multiple rounds?

Brit: Friday July 20th start time ~8-9pm CST
Diagnosed: Saturday July 28th start time 10:30pm EST
Both running approximately 24hrs.

I'll try to make it so that it's just songs playing during Sailor Uranus' battle hours so that no one has to miss out either way ^^.

It depends on how many rounds you want to host for Sudoku. You could have nearly a week of sign-up if you only did one round. If you do two or more, a few days is fine. It depends on how much time you want to put in to hosting! I don't want this to be overwhelming.

Either way you'll have a bit of overlap for cake decorating; you could start around the 9th or close to it, or start somewhere in the middle of Sports' timeline.

Okay, I'll set up cake decorating contest to be near the beginning of the event, and I'll edit the sudoku thread to have sign ups be the first week for only one round; Since participation in these events has been low and all. I'll also edit my mahjong game with dates since it's just gonna be around from the beginning of the event till the end. and I'll make an update post with links when all of this is finished.

I think it might be a good idea to update the last date you're accepting submissions for mahjong to be sliiiightly before 8/1, since you have prizes to assign. I know we don't always wrap up events as promptly as I always hope, but my goal is to close the event forum on 8/2 and move the threads. That won't give you time to share winners in the thread, if you let people send entries through EOD 8/1.

I think the sudoku is probably fine, since you're giving prizes based on first/etc. person to complete their puzzle correctly; this mostly seems like it could be an issue for mahjong.

I was just a bit confused by "entries are accepted from July 9th with voting starting the next day, July 14th" on the cake decorating contest, since July 14th is not the day after July 9th.

  I like to employ the element of surprise~ I don't want it sitting out there before people can even sign up as people would tend to forget it was there, and with such a long sign up period for both sides of it, I wanted to limit the exposure-but-waiting part of it as much as I could!
