Character Name:Philomene "Mene" Isolde Conall. 
 Philomene is ancient greek meaning 'Loved' while Isolde, which is ultimately Germanic, can be roughly translated as " Ice/Iron battle" with Conall being Irish-Gaelic for "Strong wolf."

She generally wears whatever is in her closet or is just clean. Her base outfits are usually a t-shirt and some pants. The shoes are either sandals (If it's hot) or sneakers.  She does seem to favor graphic t-shirts and brighter colors overall for the most part. 
Her hair also fluctuates to whatever is the easiest to maintain.  Though it's dark brown-reddish color, she often wears it in afro puff pigtails with a ribbon tied around each one, which is her standard.  However, she's been known to have it in one puff ponytail or just pull a headband on and let it be an afro.  On very rare occasions, she has it braided which would reach to just above her hips if stretched out. 
Mene's eyes are a deep amethyst purple with some bluish undertones, which she inherited from her father- the only thing she has of him. Her eye shape is large and slightly sharp with slightly thin eyebrows above them and short eyelashes. Her nose is slightly flat and flared out.  Her lips are a cupid's bow with the bottom one naturally being pinkish in color but the top is the same color as the rest of her skin.   Though young, she has a bit of a figure, which she doesn't know if she likes it or not, thus often used her clothing to occasionally hide it. 

When she gains her princess form, her hair is  her usual hair color in puff pigtails with white ribbons on each. She also has the insignia of a heart with an arrow through the side on her forehead.  Her dress in this state is a mostly white halter style top with a sweetheart neckline. The skirt splits down the middle revealing another layer that's salmon pink silk with a barely seen pattern of hearts. Her sleeves are puffs that start just a little below the shoulder, exposing the skin with most of her arm encased in white silk sleeves that end at the top of her hands connected to golden rings on her middle fingers.   Her back bow is also white with slightly long tails that stop mid-thigh.  She also has white low heeled shoes.   In her ears are her golden hoop earrings with the pink hearts at the bottom center.  She also has a white choker with a ribbon on the back.

Personality Traits:
Mene's many things, but often she's terrible about being punctual to anything because she's often asleep somewhere or has forgotten to set her clock.  She often cites her sleeping as a necessary thing in order to be creative with her poems and short stories.  She's always imagining things and enjoys being enveloped in the worlds she creates.  The only problem is she never finishes anything because she's so indecisive in how to complete it. It's not just her creative arts but at times her school work or even what to eat.  She often tries to leave it up to chance to make her decisions for her.  Terribly, though, when she does make a decision, it's on impulse. She could be deciding between two ice creams but sees a colorful flavor she hasn't tried before and will buy it instead. 
For her faults- seemingly being flaky or flighty - she's very friendly and likes to help people even with minor things if she can.

Mene grew up in Atlantis, having been born there when her mother moved there after a nasty divorce from her father.  Her mother has a contract with the military and though Mene has no idea what she does, they lived a pretty comfortable life while she attended Neo Academy.  It wasn't until she was fourteen that her mother had to move to the southern part of the island, which lead Mene to take up residency in the dorms.  She didn't awaken to her powers until she was fifteen, during a stress test that civilian students can take if they so desire to see if they were able to become Sailor Soldiers. Usually, such a thing is conducted once every two years and is generally regarded as rather dangerous as it pushes the students to the limit in an attempt to awaken their latent powers. 

Mene did it just to prove she could when another girl from her class mocked her, saying she was so lazy there was no way she could even past one of the obstacles.  In the end, she only managed to get pass three of the seven obstacles before she awakened to her powers as Sailor Amor. 

However, she was not able to control her powers well and as a result, had to wear a power dampener ring until she can.  It's a source of embarrassment to her because other people who had awaken as a sailor soldier can usually very easily control their powers.  Often times, she tries to leave it at home but feels guilty each time she manages to.  So a lot of times she hides her hands in her pockets.

Now that she's sixteen, she has more control over her powers for the most part but still has to wear the ring because she's not entirely in control of her powers.

She's late.  Then again, Mene often was because sleep was really too good to miss out on.  With another yawn, Mene tried to remember where it was they were meeting again. Or, really, why they were even meeting at all.  There hadn't been any real danger or attacks in years now since the end of the Black Moon Clan.  Just small villainy that other already established sailor groups took on, leaving newbies like her to just train for an imaginary time when they'd be called on.   

"I don't see why this couldn't wait after a bite to eat." Mene muttered then rubbed the last of the 'sleep' from her eyes, " What could be so important?"

Powers and Magical Items:

• -Transformation item: Golden Earring hoops with hearts on it. She says " Amor Power, Make Up!" to transform.
  
• -Communicator: Bracelet like watch with her symbol on it.
  
• -Power dampener Ring: (PDR for short) is a plain silver band that dampens the wearer's access to their full power.  This is usually for those that cannot fully control their power and those who's powers are considered too dangerous. (Such as death/destruction types as an example.)
  
• - Weapon:  Amor Bow is a weapon she can manifest. It appears as a white and gold bow with an invisible string. She draws it when she prepares her attack then releases it.
  
• -Love Read: Minor power of hers outside of soldier form were she can tell genuine affection a person has for something is real.  She can't alter or cause affection to happen. 
  
• - "Mi Amor, Repent!" : Used with 'Amor Bow',  she draws the 'string' back as a pink arrow of light appears. She releases it when the word 'repent' is spoken, attacking her enemy.   This, in general, causes the enemy to be purified of darkness.   ( However, because of Amor's powers occasionally being inconsistent, this attack can fail.  Especially if the enemy is resolute and Amor doesn't have others helping her to purify them.)
