Storyline Name: Tsubasa: Reservoir Crossover* Creator(s): Forum: Free Form Advanced or Relaxed: Advanced
Plot Summary:Our story begins with two childhood friends with a strong relationship: Mamoru, a young archaeologist who is investigating a ruin within the Kingdom of the Moon, and Usagi, a princess of the Kingdom of the Moon and daughter of the late queen Serenity. When Usagi visits Mamoru in the ruins, an odd earthquake rocks the world around them and Usagi's spirit takes the form of a pair of ghostly feathered wings (*wings are made of actual soft feathers, but each has its own unique colored crystalline pattern) that disintegrate to other dimensions. As she descends into a catatonic near-death state, Mamoru meets the Dimensional Witch, Setsuna Meioh, to whom he begs for help to save Princess Usagi.
Setsuna is also visited by two others who each have their own wish: Rei, a warrior who wishes to return to her home world after being banished from her world by Princess Michiru to allow her to learn what true strength is; and Minako a magician who wishes never to return to her home world to avoid her king*, ???.
In exchange for the ability to travel across dimensions, Setsuna demands that each pay what they value most. Rei offers her psychic abilities; Minako offers ???; and Mamoru offers all of Usagi's memories that involve him. Setsuna then presents them with a creature named Mokona Motoki that sends the group on a journey across dimensions in search of Usagi's feathers.
After obtaining the first feather, Usagi will awaken from her catatonic state and start recovering her memories; as they travel, they learn that the feathers have their own unique powers and can bestow several supernatural abilities upon those who possess them - supernatural abilities that will need to be overcome in cases wherein the feather has enabled the holder to fulfill their dreams of wealth or power. ((Down the line of the rp~)) Throughout their journey they learn that there is another searching for Usagi's feathers in order to recombine them and take ownership of the Marboroshi no Tsubasa, a powerful tool they intend to use... but to what end?
Details on any necessary information: The story will start in the Dimension Witch's realm with the three parties coming together ( With Usagi still catatonic for extra drama to start? Yesplease?); I'm thinking we'll strive for seven "feathers" (yessss, feathers with multi-colored crystal patterns; I love the idea of feathers because romantic~ and Tsubasa~ and etc. etc. but who can resist the allure of collecting Rainbow Crystal mcguffins? Not this person.) as eventual goal of the rp - so seven different dimensions visited, and we can allude to more being collected between worlds and only act out a select number, etc.; if certain dimensions get really lengthy, we can always finish one dimension, call it the end of that episode, and start a second rp in the series to continue.
Each of the dimension they enter will be controlled by one of our players so each player can shape their crossover world to be unique and the storyline ending in the capture of that feather/crystal would be up to them, with all of us working together to draft that end-game plot (cough sequel cough?) where they encounter and have to deal with that other party that is collecting the crystals. The Dimensions do not have to be CLAMP, of course - we might want to discuss which general categories are open to be drawn from, but for now I'm open to whatever universe that person wants to do XD
Though the RP is a crossover, I know that farther into the TRC storyline can get a little... complex, so for now I'd like to just focus on the small picture - travel to dimension, find the feather, figure out how to get the feather, get the feather, go to next dimension ((TEAMBUILDING YAY!)), repeat! Restrictions: The four main characters will be controlled by the four players; all other characters will be treated as NPC's and be controlled by the player who oversees that dimension. With Luna and Artemis staying behind, they could be Touya and Yukito stand-ins respectively xD It works thematically (Luna as Serenity's big sister? awww<3) as well as visually too xD (Touya wears all dark armor, Yukito wears white robes) xD

I still need a refresher but I can't think of a Sailor Moon character who would suit evil-terribad king for Fai/Minako's world off the top of my head. Maybe someone from Sailor V/Dark Agency (Ace?? Or Kunzite even??) or maybe it should be an evil queen and make it Beryl, idk xD

@Bubbles What about that Phantom Ace guy? He could work pretty well as a parallel, in my opinion xD
As for the ruler of Rei's world, hmmmm I'm still a little undecided but do believe I'm leaning more towards Michiru at the moment!
In the series, Kurogane's payment is his father's sword, so I could go for a direct parallel and have maybe a bow and arrow that belonged to Rei's mother or something.
But I think I'm leaning more towards giving up her psychic abilities! I think it could be a lot of fun to play around with a Rei who has lost her abilities and stuff, and it could be a sort of a parallel because before Kurogane is sent to the Time Witch, he is cursed. If he kills anyone, his power will dwindle. So Michiru might not curse Rei in our version, but there's still a significant hit to her powers by way of travel payment xD

I'm liking it more and more as I think about it, so we'll go with that!
Also, despite how amusing it could be to put Grandpa in the role, I'm thinking Michiru would work super well as Tomoyo, though sadly no idea how Haruka would fit in... xD But those are my final answers! Which is good because that helps me work on my profile now <3
