However discussion deciding details, dividing up duties, etc, are not allowed.
These must be done on the site or with your own email, aka no PMs.
Messages to GC members asking to join your site are not allowed.
If this is violated, the offending member will have their message right taken away for a period of time.
Advertising your site in the CBOX, welcome threads, help threads, Private Message etc, are not allowed. 1 warning will be given, then a ban in the area will be given.
