Hello all!

Until now we've had only a few people working on sprites to add to our special Sprite Shop, however, we'd like to reach out to the GC community to see if we have any sprite makers.


If you have some sprite making skills then please feel free to pm me with them! And you'll be given points in exchange if we use them and could be added to our shop :3


There is no limit to how many you can submit, and the staff will review all of them submitted ^^ So please feel free to try!

And, just as a note, please do not submit sprites that are taken directly from video games. It is okay if you use sprites from video games as a base, but we would like to use your original creations and not those from an official or fan-made video game. Please request permission from the artist if you would like to modify his or her work to be used as a sprite.

Is there a specific style or size-limit on sprites?

I think we are aiming at keeping them kind of the size as most of the ones in the shop though i think some a little bit bigger would be okay. As far as style, so far the ones we have been using are based off the Another Story sprites but i don't see anything wrong with another sprite style?

As far as size goes, I think those would be too big but I will check with Queen. I think we don't really want anything much bigger than the stamps.

However, just to note, we do not want sprites that are directly from games either. It is okay if you use them as a base, like the ones from Another Story, but we would like all sprites to be mostly created by the artist. If you do happen to use a base that is created by another artist, we would like to see proof that the artist has given permission to use their bases and what their crediting policies are.

I don't know about making Sprites but I know how to make Pepsi...

So, I've never tried making sprites myself but I just noticed that Kotono over at the Ace of Hearts Kaitou Ace shrine made a bunch for open adoption with credit [HERE]. They look pretty awesome and we don't have any Ace ones yet :3.
