- Brief Profile -
Chiyo is a bright young high school girl, she is very observant with heightened deductive powers. She takes an interest in the macabre, enjoying horror, gore and graphic depictions of death. Chiyo uses her interest in these to improve her artwork, mostly drawings and sketches of either impressively detailed warriors or gruesome battle scenes. She attends Juuban High School but refuses to wear the full uniform, taking issue with the short shirt, she therefore replaces it with her own. Chiyo is a morally just person who despite her fascinations takes a genuine interest in preserving life and friendship wherever possible. Her personal interests do tend to shy people away, girls more than most, but she does seek companionship and comradely amongst her peers. That being said Chiyo can turn incredibly hostile to anyone who is or acts dishonestly, or a person who has an opinion based on nonsense and devoid of logic.

- Attacks and Powers -
Fighting Style: Swordplay
Weapons: A longsword ['Puluto Vahmo Zoo' or 'Pluto's Right Hand'] and a dagger ['Veelaishehnto' or 'Soultaker']
Melee Attack: Sword Shield - Due to the size and weight of Pluto's Right Hand in close combat Sailor Pluto uses it as a shield to block attacks as well as a sword to pierce through thicker defenses.
Ranged Attack: Screaming Dagger - When dealing with a single enemy in retreat and with the powers of her swords Sailor Pluto can throw Soultaker at the enemy to kill them and then call back the dagger using Pluto's Right Hand.
Special Attack: Blade Rain - Sailor Pluto throws Soultaker into the air and calls out 'Blade Rain'. In the air the dagger hovers and splits into ten duplicates of the same sword. Sailor Pluto then shouts the word 'Fall!' and all ten daggers fall to the ground, killing everyone within the area the daggers fall into. After which anyone can pick up the real Soultaker, but only Sailor Pluto can know exactly which one of the daggers is the real one. Anyone who picks up a duplicate will be poisoned to death on contact with any part of the dagger.
Special Power: Quantum Entanglement - Pluto's Right Hand and Soultaker and entangle weapons, they act on each other. The two swords are designed to be used in tandem and can influence the movements of each other. Pluto's Right Hand is master to Soultaker. For example Pluto's Right Hand can retrieve Soultaker if the sword is ever misplaced or out of Sailor Pluto's reach. Pluto's Right Hand can also direct Sailor Pluto to the correct Soultaker if for example after using Blade Rain to determine the correct dagger or if duplicates are ever presented.

- Brief Profile -
The Millennial Sailor Pluto is the embodiment of death, with her two swords and frightful appearance, including the blunt imagery of her skirt, she possesses the ability to intimidate the enemy as well deduce weaknesses. Sailor Pluto is highly adept in the art of swordplay and can play a vital role in front line battle, however she also possesses authority in her own right and can also command other senshi into a battle plan when necessary. Borne from her Metal Power Stick Pluto's Right Hand and Soultaker are Sailor Pluto's weapons and can only be wielded by the Goddess of Death herself; Pluto's Right Hand has the power to call back or identify Soultaker simply by Sailor Pluto's will to find it, the longsword is also large enough to deflect other weapons and projectiles and powerful enough to break through strong defenses. Sailor Pluto's power is vast on the battlefield.

She's interesting! What made you decide that she would not inherit the same time powers as her mother? Or is her mother still able to be Sailor Pluto as well?

Because the new senshi have their own power sticks and use them instead Setsuna still holds her power stick and can still transform into Sailor Pluto herself.
As for the powers, when I first created the characters I took the liberty of realigning their powers and personalities closer to their mythological counterparts. Most of the new senshi have the same basic elemental powers but for characters like Mercury, Uranus and Pluto they have different powers. As the Queen of the Underworld her role goes hand in hand with her power to spread death in her wake. Her acute observational powers gives her the ability to understand battlefields very quickly and see through traps easily.

I haven't gone far in my fanfiction but I'll start to reveal more senshi I think.
