Before I start with my Speech about Sailor Arkas, I want to take you back to GC's 5th Anniversary in July 2016. A relatively new Member called Kaioli tried to be as active as possible, and improve both GC and its community even further. But while he caused the Staff some sleepless nights, putting his nose into things that were not his business, he still stayed away from the Stars of the Cauldron Awards, because he thought that he was too new of a Member to make any good Votes.
About a year had passed, and this new Member was now the Adminstrative Director and in charge of the Awards he stayed away from a year prior. It was during that time, that another Member joined the Forums and impressed him. The Member's Name: Sailor Arkas.

While I was too scared to Vote, because I felt like I didn't know anyone well enough to make good Votes, Sailor Arkas directly started with her positive activity, and not only did her best during both the Nomination and the Voting Phase, but also signed up to become an Announcer for the Awards, giving me a very positive first impression. Ever since then, she hasn't stopped being active around the Forums, and especially the Event Section. If there's only one person on a participant list, you can expect that person to be her. 
When she's not busy with being active in the various Events, you can also see her in the Crown Arcade playing Games, the Discord Server engaging in a friendly conversation with her fellow Members, or the Writer's Section, showing off her writing Skills.

Although with all this praise I'm sure you're all wondering "But Sailor Mars, I'm sure there has to be something negative to say about her." And after much thought I realized that you are right. There is one fatal flaw, that almost made me turn down writing her Lotus Speech: She isn't as active in the RP Section as I want her to be. 

But all jokes aside, I'm really happy that Sailor Arkas is a part of this Community, and I hope that she won't stop being as active as she is. It was about time that she decided to become a Lotus Crystal, and I'm really proud to write her raising Speech.
