- Background Summary:
The Sailor Wars have been raging for over half a year.
It started suddenly and brutally. Chaotic forces on planets throughout the Milky Way attacked in unison, quickly overwhelming the Sailor Guardians of the respective worlds; only those who banned together were able to push back the army of darkness that spread, but wiping out Chaos on one planet did little in the grand scheme of this war. While the leader of the Chaotic Army was seemingly absent, his generals did well to direct forces in his absence, and the Guardians of the Sailor Queens had to organize the Senshi of their sectors in order to stem the flow of evil that marched against them.
The Sailor Queens themselves were pinned down - unable to truly fight as a Sailor Warrior any longer, it was up to them to use their Crystals to push back the miasma of darkness that would otherwise strengthen the forces of Chaos within their borders; so long as they lived, the Senshi within their zones of influence fighting to save the galaxy would have a chance, but the moment they fell, the vacuum of energy left in their wake would weaken their soldiers, and the miasma that filled it would fill them with dread even as it strengthened their enemies against their attacks.
The strongest of all the Sailor Queens - the Queen of Crystal Tokyo - protected the greatest area of stars, her influence covering nearly half the galactic disc; to protect her, barriers were erected around the Solar System, allowing nothing and no one to enter. Her own Sailor Guardians, some of the oldest and most skilled within the Galaxy, set off in all directions to save as many planets as they could, to organize the Senshi they came across, and systematically eradicate Chaos from within their borders. To this end, Sailor Jupiter and King Endymion stayed behind with Neo Queen Serenity, the latter to aid her in her efforts to keep Chaos at bay, the former to organize senshi volunteers and send them where they were most needed, using the complex computer system of Crystal Tokyo to keep track of Chaos's advances.
The war had not been going well. They were scrambled and short-staffed - they got the word out the best they could so senshi on planets who had yet to be affected could elect to help them, but that sudden first attack had killed many of their number, and their worlds were now strongholds for the Chaotic armies; attacking such places and reclaiming them were distant goals; their immediate futures wrapped up in preventing more planets from being taken as opposed to recapturing worlds already lost to them.
Four months in, the leader of the Chaotic Army surfaced, and the wave of Chaos intensified. ***
On his heels, a group of senshi emerged with an explanation for both his absence and theirs, coming back from an adventure that had taken them days, but wherein months had passed outside that system. They brought with them a woman who had defected from the Chaos Army who revealed that the trap that they had fallen into had been set for the Crystal Tokyo senshi of the Solar System, a trap that, had it been successful, would have made the Chaotic takeover of the Milky Way child's play. For ruining that plan, the Chaotic Prince had sent forth seeds of chaos to the planets of those senshi that would dig deep and eventually take over the core of their worlds.
To fight this, the senshi split up, went to those affected worlds, and eradicated the threat; all except one. The seed of chaos took root on one planet - Enyalius - and the senshi of that world was corrupted, her power source turned from Cosmos to Chaos, and she became the first Senshi of this Sailor War to turn sides, overturning the safeguards that had been put in place since Galaxia's Sailor War nearly a millennia ago. She escaped to her homeworld, and senshi of that original team, lead by her lover, Sailor Achelois, followed, set on healing her or killing her, should that prove impossible.
It did, and she died by her partner's hands; as her crystal went to rejoin the Cauldron, it was taken by the Chaos Prince with the intent to use the crystal's power to further his cause. Furious, Sailor Achelois followed him to Sagittarius Zero Star, her friends and allies joining her yet again in this attempt to save the Galaxy and stop the Chaos Leader once and for all. In the end, they won. The Prince was dead, his army without a head. Sailor Achelois saved the Enyalius crystal, and, in attempting to revive her partner, ended up making a deal with The Crone, a powerful, mysterious force for Cosmos, and traded her future for the lives of all of the senshi killed since the start of the Sailor War. Once the deal was struck, Sailor Crystals exploded from the Cauldron like a thousand thousand shooting stars, each returning to where they had died to take up the fight once more, surprising Chaos forces that had thought themselves immune to Senshi attacks in their strongholds.
- Events described above:
Pre-Sailor War; Chaos gaining strongholds: Sailor War:
- *** Elsewhere:
Other sectors were not so prepared for this war; while Neo Queen Serenity had a large team of senshi attached to her court and nearly one thousand years in power, other sectors were not so well established. One of these sectors was ruled by Queen Zhi, possessor of the Tapestry Crystal; only in power for one hundred years, her sector was not nearly so well organized as Serenity's, the infrastructure still well within its infancy. When the war started and she spent her time powering her barriers and supplying the Cosmotic pressure to combat the Chaotic miasma, her senshi were at a loss - their volunteers were falling, the experienced senshi within their sector stretched thin; together, they decided to start conscripting senshi rather than only using volunteers. It was one such group of conscripts that, after Zhi and her court had been overwhelmed, managed to save the Tapestry Crystal and destroy the Chaos General that had been in power in their sector. When the fallen senshi returned, their presence and safekeeping of the Tapestry Crystal and Zhi's daughter made the difference between recovery and complete annihilation. Their Stories:
The War had turned in their favor, but the process to eradicate Chaotic forces from previously peaceful planets was neither quick nor easy. - Quote :
- Setting
Two months have passed since the Rebirth of the Stars, the event named for the sight of the Sailor Crystals returning home, and while Senshi were still locked in battle, a meeting was called between Senshi Leaders to discuss tactics and receive reports and to organize forces for their final push. Senshi volunteers gathered at this meeting as well rather than going home; with Sailor Jupiter awaiting reports from this conclave to decide where best to send them, those in attendance believed that this central meeting point would serve them best in getting to where they were most needed.
They met on a world near the center of the galaxy within Neo Queen Serenity's territory, the light of the Imperium Silver Crystal keeping the Chaotic miasma at bay. The world is a small terrestrial, its home civilization similar to Earth's circa 2000AD, and the Senshi are meeting in a small city in an upscale hotel with a convention center, the nondescript place decided upon to lessen the likelihood that they would be found out or spied upon. To the people of the city, they were simply important foreign, and somewhat eccentric, dignitaries. The request is made of all "guests" to remain within the hotel property; while the world is aware of the existence of aliens, having so many at one spot may prove to be... disconcerting. What is a Hardcore Event? - Hardcore Events wrote:
- Hardcore Events
Hardcore events are a sampling of all the Roleplaying Section has to offer: profile approvals, live-chat sessions, dungeon crawler game elements, and a one-month time limit to complete the story or get a bad ending.
- Duration:
One month exactly, unless a problem arises with the host, in which case the event will be extended for the number of days the host was absent. If the storyline is not resolved within a month's time, the mission fails.
- General Rules:
All roleplay rules and gc rules apply Activity Rule: Participants are required to post within 24-48 hours or will be removed from the event (their characters will either be lost or replaced). Random Events may be introduced into the story if all players are active within the OOC chat or on the boards; Random Events are storyline plot events in which players will have a limited time to respond before consequences are enacted; each will come with a caveat in that if you cannot respond within the given time-frame, you may request another player's character take your character with them (if movement is required). Consistency Rule: All players are held to the understanding that they will pay attention to the story flow, taking note of roleplay elements (situational - who's talking to who, where people are located, etc) and event elements (their HP, MP, the placement of others on the map, etc.). If a player derails the event with inconsistencies, consequences will occur.
- Requirements:
Character Profile - Participants are required to have their character's profile submitted and approved before the event begins. *Advanced Hardcore Events require advanced character profiles. Word Requirement - Advanced Hardcore Events require minimum 100-word posts.
- Additional Elements:
Real Time RP - some Hardcore Events will have real-time rp sessions to start, end, or move the story along. Participants are required to have a skype account for these live-chat events if they don't want their character NPC'd through those instances. Dungeon Crawler - some Hardcore Events will have dungeon-crawler game elements to them, wherein players will need to distribute attribute points to reflect their characters strengths, weaknesses, and special abilities, and will need to prescribe MP requirements to attacks. During these events, they will be at the mercy of random number generators (digital Dungeons and Dragons style die) for attacks and defense rolls to minimize godmodding and/or powerplaying. Certain Events officially happen within the Galaxy Cauldron's Crystal Tokyo Timeline and so can be added to character's histories, instead of just their Storyline Information sections. Participating in these events, whether playing an original character or a canon character, can have consequences within this timeline we're creating together - characters can become famous, can make enemies and allies, and can, through storyline events, grow and develop as characters and let that development follow them through the overarching plot. The current Otaku-inclusive event train is as follows:
Conscription -> Conviction -> Conflagration -> ConsecrationNote, therefore, that choices have consequences in these games. Characters can die in these events if their HP goes less than 0 (in some circumstances), and therefore will not be allowed back into the chain after that event, and players who set stories in their character's 'future' may stipulate that a 'dead' character not participate because in their character's canon, that character is dead. This does not happen often. - On Character Knock-Out:
How to be Knocked-Out in an HC Event: -Be attacked for more damage than you have health for any HP level higher than 3 HP. See below for 3 HP or less. --Additional: if your character is knocked out, they lose their transformation. It takes 5 MP to transform again. -Note: There are items in the Fate Exchange (the Crone's Blessing; the Crone's Nod) that can be used (either instantly or after battle) by the character or another party member to revive a character from being Knocked Out; otherwise characters will be relying on the Revive magical ability from another ally. -Time IRL will not revive a KO character. The only time a KO character will be revived with waiting would be if over 6 hours of in-game time has passed or it is the end of the Event and the Crone is involved. --I do not intend to change the time rule so long as player characters have the ability to reverse KO for a cost, as it brings another level of character interaction into play; the option to revive or not to revive (yeah, it is their character playing god) is an interesting consideration for character development, as are the consequences that are the reactions of other characters involved – not only the unconscious person, but other team members. The potential bonding or conflict caused by such decisions is welcome in an otherwise primarily characters-versus-environment setting.
- On Character Death:
How to die in an HC Event: -Be attacked when you have less than 3 HP for greater than 3 points of damage. If you had 4 or more HP and were struck by an attack for 5+ DMG, you will be reduced to zero and knocked out; If you have 3 or less HP and are struck by an attack of 4+, your character can die. If you are KO and are struck with an additional attack, your character can die. --Additional: if your character is knocked out, they lose their transformation. It takes 5 MP to transform again. -Note: There is an item in the Fate Exchange for 100 points (the Crone's Stamp) that, when faced with the death-dealing blow, will teleport your character back to their home planet at the very last second, sparing them from death but ejecting them from the event.
What happens when your character dies in an HC Event: When killed in the KO state, characters will die immediately if attacked while knocked out. If they have under 3 HP when attacked and killed, they can post a death post as their character is conscious and can react to their own death.
In the event of a character death in a HC event, the character cannot be involved in any future HC Event because in this timeline, they are dead. Similarly, if other characters who adhere to this universe set a roleplay after that HC event, time-wise, they can stipulate that 'dead' characters do not play as they have accepted that character's death into their history. This isn't a set-in-stone, no-exceptions rule that must be followed - it is optional for the storyline creator, but players of dead characters should not take offense to that character being excluded as the death was adopted into other characters' storylines and players are expected to adhere to character profile information in all non-AU storylines.
Why include Character Death as an option in Hardcore Events? Character death is never a near certainty unless a character actively puts themselves into that situation. It either takes a lot of terrible choices or a lot of bad luck for a character to be Knocked Out, let alone die, as the characters are to be functioning as a team and, if relationships are fostered, willing to protect each other and help each other out.
The chance of dying stresses the need of teamwork within the group, of forging relationship with between characters who would rush to a character’s aide or leap forward to protect them when put in a position wherein death is possible; as death would not come suddenly (though being knocked unconscious may), there will always be a possibility for a character’s friend or ally to step forward to save them before it's too late. As to why a player would risk a character they have put much time and effort into in a game wherein their character would die, I would return why not? No risk, no reward – no guts, no glory. With the statement above about how hard it actually is to get KO’d (let alone die), putting that on the table just ups the anti during battle sequences. And beyond that, what is the risk? If a player would rather not have their character play in these events where the character could die and the consequence would be that that character could no longer play in those events, you’re already “killing” your character without letting them go out with a bang or affect the lives of their teammates in their passing – they would simply fade away from the story, as opposed to living and fighting alongside them, making friends and deepening relationships, perhaps to eventually die dramatically and be remembered by these characters for events to come. If you’re going to go out, go out with a bang, rather than a whimper.
Specifics for this HC Event:
- These events will be considered primarily Advanced. You should strive to follow the 100-word post count requirements of an Advanced board (attempting proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation are necessary), and your character profile needs to be approved as Advanced for this event. Players may ignore the 100-word post rule only during battle sequences, to keep the battle flowing quickly in regards to play time. When tallying posts during this event, your post will be counted as either relaxed or advanced based on word count, rather than on profile category. As profiles are required, posts are tallied in the full fashion, rather than the usual 1/2 count for non-profile-required events.
- This Event is Roleplay Section Multifaceted: There will be elements from all sections of our roleplay boards within it; it will last for exactly one month (Event), requires a profile approval (Profiles), posts can be counted towards the month's challenge or contest (Challege), and will involve Dungeon Crawler Elements (Games) as well as live-events over Skype (Live-Chat RPs). More on the Game elements later. Being such, participating actively in this event can really pull in the RP points ^^
- An Activity Rule is in effect. By signing up below, you agree to follow all GC and RP Rules alongside the following activity rule: At least one post is required every 48 hours. Failure to post at least once within those 48 hours will result in your character disappearing mysteriously, to be recovered by the remaining heroes at the end of the roleplay. (They won't die, but I won't let their unresponsiveness slow down the game). If you have an unexpected (but announced) LOA during this event that lasts less than 3 days, your character will be carried with the team. If the LOA lasts more than 3 days, the normal disappearance protocol will go into effect. Additional Note: characters have up to 48 hours to reply to a post directed to them; if a player is taking a while to respond, their character is not to be negatively affected - no powerplaying will be allowed, and this includes having a character remark or notice that the other has not responded, as that manipulates a character's personality traits (refusing to recognize someone is a negative quality and only that character's player may determine how long they took to respond to a question).
- Random Events may occur.
- Discord use is highly recommended. For the game elements in this roleplay, a quick question/answer method is best and Discord is the preferred chat system. Discord is free and doesn't require personal information to use. Once the event gets underway I create a Discord channel to be used as the OOC thread for the event; add me to your contacts with your GC name and I'll add you to the channel. There will be a forum-based OOC board for this event (once sign-ups are closed, this board becomes the OOC), so while it is highly recommended, if you are uncomfortable with using Discord information will still be handed out through this board if necessary. My Discord username is kyralih#9205

- New Senshi characters are allowed to join this RP with a few conditions:
- The senshi must have an approved Advanced profile
- The senshi cannot be from Earth or the Solar System.
- The senshi must be named after their planet or the star of their system; senshi named after concepts, seasons, with two names, etc. (aka Sailor Flower, Sailor Time, Sailor Spring, Sailor Winter Evening) will be requested to make a name change to participate in these events. ((suggestions will be offered if requested))
- The senshi must exist in this timeline - ~1000 years into Crystal Tokyo and the Neo Silver Millennium (Crystal Millennium); no time travelers.
- At this point, there are practically no "new senshi"; there are young senshi (please no awakenings before age 13), there are novice senshi, but any "new" senshi has, at this point, either been serving actively for up to 6 months, or was murdered, died, and came back to life 2 months ago in the exact spot that she died; if she's alive now, she's seen some stuff. At this point they should know their powers and their limits.
Note: For this specific HC Event, there should not be much by the way of fighting, so figuring out character sheets and stats is not necessary before the game begins.
Claimed New Characters:
- Sailor Tartarus - Jasper (Tsetse Sector)
Sailor Vulkan - Anait Zelleire (Sacbeob Sector) Sailor Xibalba - Luna (Sacbeob Sector) Sailor Somnus - Kyralih - Sailor Uranus (Tuppi Sumati Sector) Sailor Roshar - Brit (Tuppi Sumati Sector)
Event Begins September 15 If you have any questions about this event (any part, anything) ask it here or in our Discord OOC Chat (you'll be added once things get going)(tag me if it's a question specifically for me (or discord direct message me) so it won't be lost in the mess!) and I'll respond as quickly as possible. OOC Thread
To Start: Note: I'll be posting as Mars later today to officially open discussions for the meeting, however, if you would like to post now, the senshi will be meeting within a conference room; nearly 70 chairs are arranged in rows of 10 to seat the expected audience; Sailors Mars, Venus, and Mercury have seats reserved on the front row, along with Sailor Mu of Zhi's court and a smattering of other Senshi sent as representatives of their sector's Queen; the seating is otherwise free. The older senshi among them keep their transformations in place, but being transformed is not an enforced rule.
This talk is to open the conclave and get everyone up to speed on the general happenings; it will then split into concentrated talks on strategy and technique to spread tactics that have worked in one sector of the galaxy to other sectors; as representatives, attendees are expected to attend these talks and bring back information to share with others; attendance will not be policed, but expectations are high. Some talks that characters may be looking forward to are creating planetary defense systems using cosmic energy, making better energy shields, techniques for casting attacks quicker, organizing large groups for effectively gaining control, etc. ((If you have an idea for a talk, throw it in there and @ me on discord so I can add that to my list XD))

| The room was crowded; a good sign. Their plans had gone off without incident, everything from choosing the setting and protecting the information even as they spread it to confirming responses and managing hotel check-ins; so far, so good. There would be a smattering of empty seats, but sudden attacks were inevitable now; the representatives should later, and they would be briefed then. Mars waited, checking the time against her old communicator watch, the ancient Lunar technology's ability to scramble and decipher message signals still proving unhackable, a boon in this day and age. Their informant, Ribbon, had been an asset in revealing the means Chaos had in place and they had worked quickly to change information bands and messages, to encode and scatter and evolve newer and better communications systems, but sometimes the past checked out just fine. She glanced at the containers that had been loaded in earlier that held prototypes for new headpieces modeled after those of the Kinmoku system - those were one of the main features for today. While only checked in means that they could muster, they should only work correctly when the speaker or listener possesses a Sailor Crystal, and the messages should travel nearly instantaneously to the intended recipients - something about crystal resonance that let their words travel faster than light across the distance in between them. They needed it. As they drove Chaos out, knowing where on the borders it was trying to work its way back in was imperative. She checked the time again. There were still a few minutes before they kicked things off. Calm, cool and collected, ever the imposing figure without conscious thought, Mars looked over the audience gathered, spotting a few familiar faces, but otherwise set to work recognizing others Queen's representatives through their fuku description alone: Sailor Mu from Queen Zhi's court; Sailor Quetzal of Queen Kukulkan's; Sailor Enlil of Tiamat's; Sailor Shango of Bumba's; Sailor Wuluwaid of Kunapipi's; and Sailor Perun of Mikula's court. They sat on the front row, some with a companion beside them; otherwise the senshi they elected to take with them were spread throughout the audience. Some were easy to spot as part of a team by the uniformity of their dress, some by their easy interactions; as she gazed over the room, she expected each of them to be forthcoming with their ideas to make the most of this gathering. She waited.

| Suppressing her nerves with a smile, Crysdal approached her seat, taking in as much of the congregation as possible before she had to sit down. It was incredible. She had never seen so many Sailor Senshi in one place before, and so many different outfits! She was transformed - the fuku more like a second skin now than anything - and looked around, placing one knee on the soft pad of the seat and her fingers on the cool metal of the chair back as she tried not to stare openly at the gathering. "It's so colorful," she marveled aloud to her friends, but as her eyes fell on a serious-looking beautiful face with dark skin and bright green eyes that stared at her in the same way her mother would when she disapproved of a childish action, Crysdal faced forward and sat, her hands holding onto the chair on either side of her knees as she leaned forward to see between the people in front of her. It had been a long two months... and yet, at the same time, she would have just as easily described them as passing by in a flash. Since their adventure on Zhi's planet, after she and Nyx had gone to Destore and reunited with Hemera and Elysande, she had elected to go back and help out with the War, knowing that there was more good she could be doing than going back home and continuing with her studies. She sent word home via a letter to let her parents know she was safe; Cosima agreed to carry it for her, and with that she returned to Zhi and started what she considered Professional Senshi Boot Camp. Once they knew what she could do, she had been sent on mission after mission all over their sector of the galaxy to help out in battles they knew would be messy, oftentimes joining a campaign just for a battle and its aftermath before being sent out again to some other planet. She had seen a lot of terrible things... but she had helped a lot in the process. No one had died while she was around, and she was getting pretty darn good at aiming kisses and tricking her emotions into caring for people faster. Most of the time she got to travel around with her friends; she was rarely separated from Elysande (something about keeping system senshi together? She didn't understand and they didn't explain but she was glad for it) and they frequently assigned Gabriel to her for protection; she ran into the twins a couple of times, and Hadley and Ari here and there - especially on the heavily forested planets (she almost felt bad for Chaos when those two were in their element). Sam she didn't get to see as much as she would have liked - Jin often had Sam on missions with her small group that hunted Chaos as they traveled through space - something about her targeting "soft wear" and Ferrum? But whenever there was a larger battle and she was in the area she always blew a kiss whether they could catch up or not. And Hex? .... she hadn't really seen Hex since planet Zhi. They had never really talked to one another, but... well, she was still happy to see her here. She was happy to see all of them, and hoped they could catch up somewhere between the talks and workshops they were supposed to be attending. |

| She'd never been outside her own star system until the conscription pulled her away, and now she was sitting inside what was called a "hotel" on a planet so far from her home that she couldn't even see her own sun as a star in the sky. The last two months of SAM's life were...interesting. Not as confusing or scary as her first missions with the other unprepared senshi were, but still a learning experience. After she had assisted Sailor Shui in getting the computer systems up and running (something SAM was actually familiar with), she temporarily left to return to Planet Chalybs and update them on the situation. The fact that she was even alive had shocked most of the Tech-Spliced that greeted her upon landing, but they were quick to take it as a sign that their planet really was reviving itself. After the decontamination and medical check was over, she was brought before the leaders of Chalybs to talk about the war against Chaos raging just outside their territory. At first, they didn't want to take her warnings seriously, writing it off as the fantasies of a shell-shocked child. It was only after General SAI-BB3-NE005 of the North-East Quadrant stood up for her that she even got a second chance. It was rare for two Tech-Spliced to share memory banks for the sake of double checking information, but SAM was glad that her sister believed in her enough to even offer to do so. After seeing everything SAM had seen since leaving Chalybs, SAI had called her stronger than any scout she'd seen in the military. SAM almost wanted to hug her. Almost. SAI promised to get the government to understand what needed to be done, and by the time SAM departed again, Chalybs was amassing its industrial power in the form of building and stationing protective warships around the area. If Chaos dared to charge at them, the Tech-Spliced would not allow it without a fight. After returning to Zhi's homeworld, SAM's talents were assigned to scanning planets and fighting in long range battles alongside Sailor Jin. it was rewarding work once she grew used to it, but not seeing the people she had been stuck with in the first place did work at her nerves a little. They all seemed so fragile without armor. Would they really be okay? The conference room was filling up quickly as the time for the conclave's start grew closer, and Sailor Chalybs, both transformed and in full armor, took a chair next to Crysdal in an almost protective manner. After two months of having no idea if Sailor Aegle was running into fires or disappearing through portals with no sense of her own safety, SAM didn't want to let her out of her sight for too long. Even if they couldn't talk to each other at the moment, this was enough for her. Fighting was something that Mercury participated in when there was no other option, but that didn't mean she enjoyed the constant war with Chaos they were engaged it. Seeing all those senshi in the graveyard at the Galaxy Cauldron just made their struggle even more tangible in her mind, even if they were now actively working to push Chaos back. Whether they were revived or not, all of those people had to suffer and sacrifice to help get the remaining senshi to where they were now. No, Sailor Mercury didn't like to fight, but she did have a talent for planning and organizing. This meeting of representatives from across the galaxy would be excellent for coordinating tactics and sharing ideas and techniques to solidify their hold on their planets. For what felt like the first time in a long while, she was looking forward to talking about the War. Sailor Mercury sat in one of the front row seats with her computer out, organizing topics and information that would need to be brought up when the meeting started. |

| Soul sat quietly at the back, her eyes scanning all the new senshi around her. There were some she recognized from Neo Queen Serenity's court; Sailor Mercury, Sailor Mars to name a few, others she did not. It was interesting to see which senshi seemed to be a part of a group based on their sailor fukus. Would anyone I do know even recognize me at first glance with my new fuku? she couldn't help but wonder. Soul knew her own no longer resembled the Fuku's of the other senshi in her sector, so many would not think her to be part of her friends court. In many ways she shouldn't be, which would make other's initial impression of her correct, and Vanth had argued against her decision endlessly, but she was glad she had made it. I'm not sure I would have been able to do this if I hadn't, then again, it wouldn't really be her, but her, but that was just semantics. Part of her long to go home, this wasn't her time, she shouldn't be fighting this war, but even if she had a way home, Soul knew that she couldn't leave, not with so many innocent people who needed help. She felt incredibly drained, the last two months being a harrowing experience for her. Not only had her prolonged exposure to the underworld left its mark on her, also having the effect of her fuku changing once she rested, but the amount souls making their way to the Cauldron or the underworld were staggering. On top of that, there was non stop fighting. After parting from Europa, she went from planet to planet, helping where she could. Soul had gone to places in space where she could no longer see Earth or its Sun, where if she was looking at a Star Map, her solar system would be but a small part. |

| Unlike so many others, she had not returned to Xtal-Diamante. While the war still raged a visit to the place of her origin served no purpose—no one waited for her there. Nothing threatened an empty world. If the silent teenager possessed dreams, she would have dreamed of it. Instead in the space between battles and missions she felt only the soft heartbeat of longing for that distant place that quietly echoed in her crystal core. She sometimes sensed the dusty breeze or the warmth of oil rivers in moments of intense focus on her abilities, but it existed only in her memories. At least there was work. As soon as she was capable of transforming she had been required to (...something about covering...? She didn't really understand it...) and from that moment she had volunteered for every available opportunity. Idleness held no value. Besides, so many of these other sailor soldiers were those soft creatures. They were susceptible to so much harm. Sailor Xtal-Diamante followed groups of both smaller and larger sizes on missions with a variety of goals. Anything to keep moving. Now she was here. There were many that she hadn't seen often in the time since that battle in the heart of the maze. The cloud-haired teenager with dusty skin and burgundy uniform stood near the back of the room, looking over the assembling crowd. Her clear eyes spotted those that Sailor Jin had aligned her with, but she took the nearest available seat. "Catching up" didn't quite occur to the rocky young woman. |

| A strategic meeting appealed to Hilda in many ways. She felt honored to be included in this planning attempt. She had been very busy in these past two months, but Sailor Panzer had carefully managed her commitments to prioritize attendance here. She lent a hand wherever one was needed, learning to improve her abilities to protect and support with every mission. She still worried about her home world, but there had not been time to return. Analysis from minds far more brilliant than hers had deemed the status of her system's binary stars stable enough to not warrant an immediate mission. She would need help, after all, if she were to eradicate the Chaotic influence that had taken hold there. Whatever skills she could master here would serve her well in that task, whenever it was time to act on it. The redhead knew that day would come, after all. If this was a true war against the two forces of the universe, the compromised state of her system's star tipped it towards darkness. She couldn't let that be her contribution. Sailor Panzer spotted the blonde hair and eager eyes of Sailor Aegle from a distance and slowly approached the group that was forming there, aiming to take a seat a few rows back so as not to unwelcomely invite herself to a more private gathering. Still, she was glad to see the young women she recalled from before—along with the new faces of their comrades she had not met previously. "Hello, everyone," she greeted, the tone formal but friendly. "Good to see familiar faces here." |

| A small figure skirted along the edges of the room, seeking an inconspicuous seat near the back. Dark eyes surveyed the sea of colours and uniforms, amazed as always to see the numbers of those who aligned themselves with Cosmos. Although it had been made clear that it was optional, Sailor Nocturnus wore her uniform as well. At this point, it was more familiar than any other attire and made much more sense to wear here than the school uniform of her alias—and less painful than the memories her formal gown inspired. There were many faces she saw and recognized, but none that she was comfortable approaching right now. She preferred staying just out of sight, at least for the time being. |

| In the very back of the meeting room, the disgruntled adventurer colloquially known as Shadow occupied a seat. For those who had been familiar with his dark uniform and skeptical outlook, he might have been considered a welcome face at the meeting. After all, as two of his closest friends pointed out, the invitation to the meeting technically extended to him through its language. To anyone else, he remained quiet and observant. Perhaps too observant, and too casual about the manner in which he silently profiled every single senshi that had entered the room. He didn't exactly fit the mold of a sailor guardian.
A lingering scent of sea salt had clung to his clothing, and one day of thorough washing had done naught but to diminish the original oceanic odor. Well, perhaps that was to be expected, but he might have been able to depart from Leviathan's homeworld a few days in advance to further clean out the salt from his uniform.
The oceanic planet suffered greatly from from the earthquakes caused by an invasive Chaos seed. Rather than seeking out other conflicts, Shadow had elected to spend his two months performing volunteer work to clean up and restore a semblance of peace to the people who hid beneath the waves of water and illusionary light. It would have been hard work to anyone else, but it was a welcome break from other personal unpleasantries and allowed him to keep an eye on Sailor Leviathan.
At Guardian Leviathan's insistence, Jasper journeyed to this nondescript planet to participate in the meeting and offer whatever input he could on the strategy meeting. Even if that meant having to face certain people he personally wished never to see again. |

| * Sailor OOPS Just Achelois* The last two months had been - different - for her. The crone had immediately taken her and Enya away to do secret crone like things that your eyes could never interpret or understand why are you even attempting to read this. While she couldn't help the others in the same way she had before, even if she wasn't different now she wouldn't take Enya into that kind of environment, at least until she had grown some. However she had convinced the very elder woman to allow her to be an observer at this event. She hoped to check up on those she previously hadn't been able to, a few senshi in particular. While many of the others were transformed into their fukus, she no longer were hers. She instead were a two piece dress that was pleated like a gladiators and of a natural green shade. They showed off the emerald green scales that lined the sides of her body. For now her hair was pulled back into braids and a thick messy ponytail and the covered in a brown cloak that hid the baby strapped against her chest. The cloak was not because of the crone's insistence but because it was simply easier to hid Enya this way. She moved along the back of the area silently, sighs of relief breaking past her lips every time she saw that someone she had personally known was safe. While she was tempted to check on two of the younger senshi, she had previously mentored, it was the sight of another that pulled her in. Quietly she slipped into the space next to the young Nocturnus, placing a soft hand on the child's shoulder in comfort. "It brings me great joy to see you here little one," her voice was soft and gentle as she moved her other hand over the slight bump on her chest. * Sailor Alshain* She had followed Aegle into the area and sat down with her, eyes sweeping over the area as she recognized some faces and was a stranger to others. She faced forward as they sat, her thoughts inward, though her features were slightly softer now. Dying had changed a few things about her, it had to, who could experience it and remain unchanged. Over the last two months she had spent training with stronger senshi, learning more about her own powers, and experiencing missions that were more similar to the runs she had run before becoming a senshi. She was grateful that she was often sent with Crysdal, it brought her a comfort she would be hard pressed to admit to the very pink girl. Chalybs sat on the other side quietly while another senshi moved near them, greeting the group politely. Looking to this woman she was unfamiliar with, Alshain nodded to the woman to move closer. It was important to build connections and to have effective team work by getting to know others. - Panzer look here!:
lol in case it wasn't obvious Alshain is nodding towards Panzer here XD

| Despite the span of time that had grown even larger since she first departed her home planet, Ari was always in awe when she arrived to a new world. There were always new sights and wonders: the people, landscape, culture...it was all intriguing. She only wished she had the time to study them all properly--like in a nice library with a large stack of books. It even amazed her more when she was able to visit planets that seemed so close to her home world yet still remained vastly different. This planet was one of those and the familiar comforts in staying in a hotel, such as the one she had arrived in with Hadley, helped ease her nerves about this meeting with so many Sailor Guardians. Of course, having Hadley by herself helped too. There was never any doubt about that. In the past two months, the pair had studied and trained with the Sailor Guardians of Zhi's court, and they had grown stronger and closer. With their missions allowing them to work on planets where their powers shined, she was able to grow more confident in her abilities every day. She was sure Hadley felt the same as their attacks in the many battles soon became synchronized, finding it easy for them to work together. Deep down, Ari wished that Hadley had been born on Bastet instead, so they could defend her planet together or perhaps the other way around...it didn't matter to her either way. She had never expected to meet someone that she could form such a strong bond with, in both mind, body and heart. Though the feelings of the heart, she still had yet to understand and figure out how to explain properly to Hadley. Having no romantic experience before in her life, Ari was naive and inexperienced in that department. She really didn't even understand the feelings, but considering the circumstances, it was something she put on the back burner to figure out. One day... Meanwhile her other worries were often of that and home. She missed home dearly, her parents, her new friend she had started to get to know, school, the temples but knowing it was safe and being with Hadley helped keep her homesickness at bay. Ari had sent Bas back to Bastet in order to inform her parents of her safety and the state of the galaxy, as well as stay there to keep an eye on the planet for her. Even though they could not directly communicate being so far away, their hearts and souls were connected as Guardian and Teacher, so if anything went wrong, she would know. As she and Hadley walked into the conference room, having decided to transform, Sailor Bastet took a moment to take in everything and everyone. So many Sailor Guardians and all so different too! She saw a few that she recognized, her eyes landing momentarily on those she recognized to be from Neo Queen Serenity's court, the ones that worked with Sailor Venus. Then she found Sailor Panzer, the one they had met on Zhi's planet, approaching a group then she saw pink and blonde. It was Crysdal with Elysande and SAM and Hex too! Excitement grew as she beamed at group, waving eagerly with one hand and tugging on Hadley with the other. "Everyone's here! C'mon!" |

| Venus glided into the conference room after doing another perimeter check, heading straight for the front row while her gaze briefly scanned the rest of the room. Nothing looked obviously suspicious so far, and though she could never be a hundred percent sure, hence why in her brain she already had contingency plans for both the possibility of a sudden ambush and a successful chaotic agent infiltration, she tried not to obsess and worry too much. After all, Mars was doing enough of it for the both of them these past two months. She glanced at her partner’s ramrod straight back, knowing behind that cool and collected mask lay anxiety, one that she was responsible for. She moved toward Mars and casually draped an arm around her shoulder, smiling teasingly. “Try not to show your resting… scary face. It could traumatize some of these newbies who aren’t used to it.” Dying hadn’t made her more somber. She doubted anything ever would. Not for a soldier who had lived for a thousand years, who had learned to smile in the face of everything, even the most painful heartache. She had learned a long time ago that crying helped no one, that her smile eased others’ pain and helped others, and that they were relying on her to keep the atmosphere light even in the bleakest of situations. Even in death. Dying had been a shock. But Venus and death were old friends. She’d died plenty of times for her princess, and every time, although it stung anew, it still felt like a familiar embrace for her. The thing that bothered her hadn’t been dying itself. It was putting Mars through that grief. And so, she had vowed never to do that again. To never leave her behind like that again. They go together, in life or to the Cauldron. She would personally make sure of it. In the meantime, she was glad to see many of the senshi she had accompanied on the way to Zhi’s planet were also alive and well here. The bargain Sailor Achelois had struck had really been an incredible thing, and she looked forward to thanking her when she finally met her. |

| Bellatrix entered the room, seeking an empty spot towards the outskirts. Curiosity pulled at her, wondering what sort of conversations this meeting would bring. Glancing around the room, Bellatrix felt better noticing a few faces that she recognized, but she felt not need to go and greet any of them. She settled into her seat, adjusting the long golden cloak of her uniform, and closed her eyes. Exhaustion prickled at her skin. She'd been busy for the past two months. Senshi work and continuing to fight, moving from one planet to the next, overseeing the defenses upon the Genesis hub. And, when not doing so, she studied. Books of tactics and history, as well as tomes about meditation and staying centered. Sleep didn't seem necessary when so much was at stake. It helped her, though. Bellatrix couldn't remember a time when she felt so at peace with her own thoughts, so calm with the new situations she was thrust into at every turn. How strange to think of the girl she'd once been. Going to college to appease her mother, anxious and nervous, never feeling "right". Even stranger to think that it, ultimately, had not been that long since she'd grown past that. How long had it been since she'd gone back to Earth? She wondered how her mother was doing. That caused a touch of worry to trickle into her calm and Bellatrix took in a deep breath, then let it out slowly, playing with the purple amulet about her throat. Nah, Mama was fine. She knew the work her daughter was doing. She might not completely understand it, but she knew and was supportive. Settling down further into her seat, Bellatrix put away all thoughts and began a simple kind of meditation as she waited. Breathing in slowly, and out. In and out. |

| She recognized the owner of the hand as soon as it touched her shoulder, that weight and warmth dear and familiar. The voice that accompanied it only proved that she wasn't just dreaming. Nocturnus fought the urge to spun around and squeeze the older woman in a tight embrace, knowing that there were too many eyes here—too many that she had never met. She had to make a good impression, after all. She had to show that she wasn't just a little kid—she had earned her place here. Instead, she swallowed the rush of emotions and settled for looking up at the bright green eyes below the cloaked hood, admiration shining in her own dark eyes. " I'm happy that you are here," she replied. The "you" had no extra emphasis, but she intended it in the plural. Sailor Nocturnus would have been extremely surprised to learn that Achelois had let the babe Enya out of her sight for even a short time. |

| She recognized that the beckon from the dark-haired woman in yellow and navy was intended for her, which Sailor Panzer was grateful for. She nodded in polite acknowledgement and moved slightly closer to the group. An invite set her mind at ease; she knew that this group was very close and had been through a lot, and she didn't want to intrude on their moment of reunion. She adjusted her goggles as she approached, hoping to look as presentable as possible for those assembled here. " I don't think we've been introduced," she commented to Sailor Alshain, offering her hand in greeting. " My name is Sailor Panzer. It's nice to make your acquaintance." |

| Hadley decided she liked this planet. It was not nearly as beautiful as the planets that she'd been visiting alongside Ari, however. But it would have been difficult to outshine those lively green planets. Glancing over to Ari, a small smile came to her lips as the familiar rush of warmth spread through her. It was the same kind of glowing feeling she got whenever she looked at Ari. Warm and safe and comfortable. She felt so lucky that she had been able to do her training and studying alongside the other girl. They'd grown closer in the past two months, and stronger. Not only as senshi but also as a team. It was nice, to feel effective. There was a lot of work to do, but she and Ari were able to tackle all of the tasks with no problems at all. It proved to be a healing change of pace. Being near Ari helped to quell the memories, to push back the sadness that still tried to plague her. Hadley knew that things were better. There was hope, now. And she was growing stronger, as a senshi and a person. But sometimes those dark emotions she'd felt during those bleak moments bubbled back to the surface. She didn't like them. She didn't want them. But they were there all the same, trying to pull her in. The busy work helped to quell those feelings, and being able to remain with Ari helped even further. Hadley didn't know if those feelings and memories would ever truly go away, but she still had hope. And her friends. Perhaps that was all that really mattered, in the end. The conference room was full of the varying vibrant colors of senshi from all manner of different places. Seeing so many at once was awe-inspiring. How strange to think that she was a part of them all. A tug on her hand and an excited exclaim from Ari pulled Hadley from her thoughts, and she spotted the same familiar faces that Ari spoke of. "It's been a long time since we've all been assembled together," Hadley commented as she followed behind the other girl in order to join them. A bit of nervousness pulled at her, especially at seeing Alshain once again, but Ari's excitement was infectious and she couldn't help but to smile as well. |

| A young, platinum-haired sailor soldier stepped into the room, steeling her nerves for what lay beyond the doors. She couldn't help but feel a bit like a young child in a very, very large place, as all of these guardians were representing their own planets or star systems. Perhaps they were far more experienced than her, perhaps less, but the scope of their coordination was itself indicative of an even greater movement beyond the troubles faced by her world. Tartarus was a very large planet, but this congregation was organized on a galactic scale.
Sailor Tartarus proceeded forward into the meeting hall, seeking out the contact who had extended her an invitation to the gathering. She carefully stepped around a man with a dark uniform and a darker expression, whispering a hasty apology when she noticed that his eyes had followed her. Fortunately for her nerves, he waved her off with a neutral expression; she did not bump into him by accident. No harm, no foul, right? Thank goodness for that small fortune.
Moving up another row, Tartarus blinked as she spied the fully armored sailor guardian next to a blonde senshi whom she could only assume was a close friend. Finding an empty seat overlooking Sailor Chalybs and her friend with the curious fashion, Tartarus sat down to await the meeting.

| Venus. Mars immediately noticed the golden figure that so easily entered the room, a knot of anxiety releasing within her even as she smoothly turned her attention back to the rest of the congregation, casually ignoring Venus's confident saunter as she made her way to the front of the room. Knowing where she was, seeing her, being in constant contact - she felt like Jupiter's scheduling for them to travel together broadcast her weakness to whomever was looking their way, but there was no use in denying how she needed it. She compensated in her usual way - stubborn aloofness, rock-solid confidence - but still every time Venus left her sight she couldn't help the tightly-strung nerves, the stray thought that it could be the last time she saw her; in this war she did not have time to consult her sacred fire. The spirits were less specific in their warnings, her precognition useless, constantly foretelling doom and woe to the point that she had to ignore it to function. She had had no forewarning that Venus's transmission that day was going to be her last; she couldn't trust that part of herself, and as much as she hated to admit it she now needed to know Venus was safe in order to do her job right. As Venus's arm draped her shoulders she kept her posture as best she could, rolling her eyes as Venus smiled that infectious smile and made a crack about her expression. Her lips twitched appreciatively once, unable to completely resist that ridiculous grin, and she reached up to casually take Venus's hanging hand, lacing her fingers in with the blonde's as she took a moment to look her in the eye, taking comfort in their blue depths before returning her gaze to the audience. Most were taking their seats, else had found one, and a final glance at her watch showed it was time. Squeezing Venus's hands gently, glancing back at her again with a cool but apologetic look about her, Mars released Venus's fingers and crossed the distance to the podium in a few steps. " Good afternoon," she began, the microphone projecting her words to be heard above the general clamor of so many gathered into a single place. " I am Sailor Mars, a representative of Neo Queen Serenity of the Silver Crystal Sector of our Milky Way Galaxy. On behalf of my Queen, I would like to extend her warm welcome and hospitality to all who are gathered here today, be they from any of the seven sectors: Tapestry, Sacbeob, Tuppi Sumati, Tsetse, Kanmare, Bogatyr, or Silver; we recognize that many of you have traveled far, but we hope that what knowledge is gained and plans made will makeup for your absence back where it is most needed."It has been two months since we have gathered in anywhere near large numbers; the Rebirth of the Stars allowed those who had been lost to return with news from other senshi from across our Galaxy, and in the knowledge we gained from those individuals we pushed back and reclaimed territory that had been lost. Since then, reports show that our advances have been slowed on many fronts - our communications intercepted, Chaos moving in response to tactics we had yet to put into play, as though knowing already that we were coming and responding to us before we moved, costing lives." She paused to take in a breath before she continued, her words reflecting personal experiences that she would rather not show had affected her. " This problem, I am pleased to announce, has been solved, thanks to the efforts of Sailor Mercury and her team. With us today are prototype communicators; with them, our messages can travel five times farther, ten times faster or more," she paused for the appreciative murmur to die down, " and can only be understood by Sailor Senshi." She paused again for smattered applause, turning her body to face Sailor Mercury and nodding, redirecting their accolades to the person responsible. " She and her team studied the resonance of our crystals when communicating in space and figured out a way to amplify those signals and transmit them - for those interested, she will be available for questions before her presentation on system-wide defenses, the likes of which are comparable to what we have set up to guard our Solar System in the Silver sector." Again she paused, this time to let it sink in the magnitude of what they were sharing. " This is the conclave we wish to host - one wherein secrets are no longer secrets between Senshi. We are all in this war - all of us. If one sector falls it is only a matter of time before Chaos is at our doors. Only united can we overcome this threat."I urge you to participate in these discussions with an open mind and a dedicated heart. Learn all that you can so you can take this knowledge back to your allies and spread this information so we can press back against the darkness that threatens not only us and our way of life, but all life in this Galaxy." She leaned in, both hands on either side of the podium, and hard amythest eyes swept the audience. " We have won many battles, but now let's win this war."With that, she stepped back from the podium, rejoined Venus, and then kept going, striding towards the door on one side of the sectioned-off ballroom, towards where they would be hosting their first panel. Behind her, displayed on a projector screen that lit up the moment she had left that part of the room, was a schedule for events.:

| Andromeda made it into the room quietly just as Mars started her speech, hoping no one would notice that she was late. She’d come straight from another planet after helping with the mission there, the way she’d continued for the past two months, in between visiting with Achelois and the baby in their secret hideaway place. It had been rough to lose both of her mentor figures at once, but at least they were still there, no longer a constant companion in her adventures yet both alive and well. Besides, she had Nocturnus too. The two of them had done pretty good in keeping each other company and strengthening one another in this lonely time, and Andromeda couldn’t be more grateful. Today her eyes alighted on that small figure easily, and brightened when she recognized Achelois beside her. Her family. She wondered who was babysitting Enya—or rather, Liera, she still found it hard to adjust sometimes. She made her way toward them and quickly claimed a seat beside them. “It’s really good to see you both here,” she said in a low but excited voice, making sure not to disturb anyone else. “Who’s watching the baby? The Crone?” she whispered in confusion to Achelois, not really pegging the cranky old woman as the babysitting type. - OOC:

| They were running late. Hemera touched down on a secluded corner near the hotel where the conference was supposed to take place, fuming. As per usual lately, before leaving, she and her sister had had an argument. About how she was supposed to stay home while Nyx went on to save the day. Like hell she would let that happen. Okay, so she had failed her first ever mission. Or maybe fail was putting it lightly. She had died, while Nyx managed to survive until the end and even saved the Tapestry Crystal. Maybe her twin had proved to be more competent than her, able to save the world on her own and all that. She probably didn’t need Hemera anymore. Maybe that was why she kept telling her to stay home. But it was just not fair. Hemera was the one with dreams to see the world. She was the one with the aspiration for adventure and heroic deeds. It didn’t matter if her sister was the one that turned out to be better at it in the end. It was still her dream and Nyx couldn’t just go and claim it as her own now. Just because Hemera had died… Well, okay, dying was no small thing. In fact, sometimes she still woke up from nightmares of it. Of that vast emptiness, the long journey of nothingness before her Sailor Crystal found its way back to the Cauldron. But the birthplace of all stars was beautiful. Hemera wasn’t happy about dying, but she was kind of glad she got to see it and lived to tell the tale. Sort of. She still didn’t fully understand what had happened. Or if there were going to be weird side effects to being brought back to life through a shortcut. She certainly hoped she wouldn’t start craving brains or anything. “They’re starting already,” she said with mild irritation as she peeked into the conference room, where senshi from all corners of the universe had gathered. Excitement and wonder filled her as she gazed at the sea of colorful people. There were this many senshi in the world? Even the ones she’d met the past few months seemed very few compared to this. How could Nyx ever want to hold her back from all this wonderful discovery? Every single one of these senshi came from their own unique world, a whole new one to explore and learn about! Did she not understand how mind blowing that was? How could she expect Hemera to stay in her own little corner of the world, never knowing anything beyond it? “Come on, let’s find a seat,” she urged her sister, slipping in quietly and trying to find an empty chair, just as the projector showed the day’s schedule. She wondered which one she and Nyx should check out first. Maybe the one for motivating teams? She and Nyx hadn’t been very in sync lately, which worried her, because cooperation was key between them in order to protect their planet safely. If only she’d get rid of that stick up her… |

| Alshain was slightly relieved that the other senshi accepted her invitation and moved closer, introducing herself upon arrival. However she barely managed to get her own name out before the meeting began. She accepted the handshake quickly with a small smile and a helpless shrug as she turned her attention to Sailor Mars. At the mention of the rebirth, the young senshi tensed just slightly, forcing back the images that flooded her mind briefly. At the mention of more loss of life just in the last two months, she felt her chest tighten. The rebirth had given her second chance, and yet these others would likely not receive the same fate, according to a few sources this wasn't a common occurrence. So why had she been allowed to come back when better senshi could not? Was it really just the work of luck or convenient timing. Alshain shook her head slightly as she mentally chastised herself for getting distracted. She tuned back in to hear the end of the communicator solution and Mars rather inspiring dismissal. She looked around as a low level of chatter began to fill the room, wondering which sections she should go to. Team and leadership skills would be good to have if needed, yet she found it hard to justify to herself that it was a possibility for her to even act as a leader. She was a soldier, she could work with others, however she followed orders. Sighing to herself, she glanced at the other options and decided where she would go. Alshain stood up and stretched her admittedly, slightly, short body before turning to look at the others sitting near her. "Alright, we'll most likely split up for these, sessions, it'll be good to share what we've separately learned though. What do all of you think you'll go to?" - Classes:
After they've "socialized" Alshain will go to Room B for 1 (Techniques for Decreasing Ability Cast Time) and Room C for 2 (Citizen Defense Forces: Helping Civilians Help Themselves)

| Achelois squeezed Nocturnus' shoulder once more in response before letting go and sitting back to listen to Sailor Mars. Only a few moments later though she became distracted as a familiar form made her way over. She smiled warmly in greeting, easily picking up the whispered question. A mental laugh echoed through her mind as the image of the crone attempting to watch Leira came to the forefront. Angling her body slightly to Andromeda as a mischievous grin pulled on her mouth, she briefly revealed a tuff of dark hair from the top of cloak. She turned her attention back to the speech at the front of the room, catching the end. She wasn't sure exactly what she wanted to do here. She mostly just wanted to see how everyone was handling things. Well, she wasn't worried about it, she would go where she was needed. |

| "Right, right," she mumbled in response to her stubborn sister. Here they were, after all. Because what is the most sensible thing to do after dying on a dangerous mission? Go on an even more dangerous one, right? It had been a rather awkward two months. Yes, the reunion was as happy and as tearful and as everything someone would imagine it to have been. But eventually, the raw emotion fades and logic makes a return. In the end, what her sister did was completely reckless. Irresponsible. No, selfish too. And as the war was raging on and their assistance was still needed, they got into more and more arguments. There was no way she would ever get through to her. Yes, their planet has luckily remained safe so far, but who can guarantee that this will last forever? Can't she see that someone needs to stay behind? Granted, if they could just both follow their hearts, the choice would have been too easy. Hemera wanted to go out there just as much as Nyx would rather stay where she's supposed to be. But how could she trust her to do that? She already lost her once, and she was not letting that happen again. Her sister was just too reckless and impulsive to go out there. Nyx didn't particularly want to go, but she knew that someone had to. And that someone had to be her. So now she worries about the worlds and civilizations and cultures she would never get to see if she stayed back? She wasn't going to do any more exploring when she got a one-way ticket to that cauldron thing or whatever it's called either. She supposed she may be a little unfair. Hemera should be able to make her own decisions, be responsible for her own life. They are twins, after all - being born a few minutes sooner doesn't mean that she should treat her like a little sister. If only she could stop acting like one. Trying to put all that aside, Nyx reviewed today's schedule. "Techniques for decreasing abilities cast time... That one, right?" At least there was something they wouldn't argue about. They were primarily magic users. Or at least that's what their planet intended. She didn't know why Hemera favored physical fighting so much, but her light should be just as strong as her darkness. She should practice her magic more, and Nyx could learn some tips about casting more quickly. It was an obvious choice. |

| SAM's visor alerted her as various senshi passed by, but she only really payed attention when they registered as familiar to her. Soon, Bastet, Valdis, and Sailor Panzer joined them, to her relief. She hadn't heard of anything happening to them over the last two months, but it was nice to have confirmation. Her visor triggered again, and she realized that Sailor Tartarus was somewhere behind her. She had yet to meet her directly until today, but any sort of talking had to wait as Sailor Mars started the meeting off. She set her memories to record the information as Mars explained the new developments of the war, focusing on the new communicators in particular. She was already excited to see how that would integrate with her own comm systems. She stood up as Mars and Venus left the room, looking at the projected schedule. She was assigned to help with a panel in Room C during the second timeslot, but before that, she had to figure out where to go first. "I'm occupied already for the second section, but the System-Wide Defense Fields sounds fascinating..." SAM said, responding to Alshain. Sailor Mercury had already stood up from her seat and left the room after Venus and Mars, going to set up for her own panel. "I-it's good to see you all, by the way!"- Spoiler:
Chalybs will go to Room A in Timeslot 1 and Room C in Timeslot 2.

| Sailor Tartarus straightened up in her seat as the meeting commenced, listening to the raven-haired speaker introduce herself and her particular sector of the galaxy. The name 'Silver Crystal' sounded like some wondrous treasure from a fairy tale; even in the sprawling tech-world of Tartarus, there were myths surrounding Dorothea's distant incarnation and its defeat of a brooding, spiteful shadow dragon. Most of her people would be inclined to dismiss such tales as fanciful fantasy. From the tone presented by Sailor Mars, ignorance of this war was hardly a proper defense. Chaos could be fostered anywhere and perpetuate conflict in silent secrecy or with flagrant belligerence. A sliver of concern floated through Sailor Tartarus's mind as she mulled the motivations behind a campaign of subversion; it seemed to have compromised the tactics and communications of other senshi guardians across the known arms of the Milky Way. To the desired end of protecting their own individual systems, Mars implored the audience to share their knowledge for the sake of repulsing Chaos. That much was something Dorothea could support emphatically. Tartarus scanned the projection screen for descriptions of the scheduled forums. A dark-haired senshi who sat opposite Chalybs in the company of their shared blonde friend had posed an open question as to which panels caught their interest. Dorothea blinked at that display of curiosity, then prepared a response. Dorothea didn't necessarily consider herself a leader, especially not after what had transpired with her recent history. Sparking motivation in others was admirable, yet she was uncomfortably disconnected with her sense of self. The other options for their first period centered on the concept of sector-sized defensive grids, and one concerning the concept of 'cast times,' which had to relate to the senshi's use of their particular powers. There would be plenty for Tartarus to learn from either discussion, but she specifically came here to use her medical skills and technological manipulation for the betterment of others. That made her first choice an easy matter. " Our speaker is hosting a panel on improving our casting ability," Tartarus offered to the young woman who had posed the query. Her voice was crisp and clear, yet sounding as if it were filtered through an electronic microphone. " I am interested in anything that improves my ability to help the wounded." - OOC:
Sailor Tartarus will visit Room B for Timeslot 1, then Room C for Timeslot 2.

| It was good to see Venus and Mars, even if this wasn't really her Venus and Mars, or was it really? Sometimes her entire situation caused more of a headache then it was worth to think about. She shook her head, trying to clear her thoughts. She glanced over the choices she had for panels. Citizen Defense Forces: Helping Civilians Help Themselves. This one stood out to her, Soul knew immediately that it was one that she wanted to go to. She had lost too many people in the chaos of trying to save planets who didn't know how to help themselves or help others. Maybe if she had...no, she couldn't think like that. What's done was done and she had to move forward. They were in a better place now, she had to keep telling herself that. Pursing her lip as she looked over the other choices , unsure of what one she should go to. Out of the corner of her eye, she spotted a familiar looking figure. A grin breaking out, she quickly made her way over. "Long time no see." - OOC:
She's gonna go to Techniques for Decreasing Ability Cast Time and Citizen Defense Forces: Helping Civilians Help Themselves.

| Ari nodded at Hadley's comment as she led to the way to two chairs in the row behind Crysdal and SAM, taking note of a new comer she had never seen before. Apologizing as she squeezed passed her to reach the two seats. Two months wasn't that long of a time but it certainly felt like it had been much too long since they had seen everyone. While she knew this group of random Guardians from Zhi's sector weren't like the groups bonded by a system of planets, she felt like they had become a team in that way at the end. Despite the hardships and failures...and death. Ari didn't think about the deaths often, since everyone had been reborn. Those thoughts stayed locked deep in mind. Although, some nights Ari found herself still haunted by the guilt of Hemera's death. Unfortunately, the efforts to push back Chaos proved different for the team and the individuals of the once rag tag team were needed in different areas. Unfortunately, Ari had no time for hellos and introductions as Sailor Mars began speaking to the large group. Despite that, she did manage a few mouthed hellos and excited waves to everyone, noticing both Hemera and Nyx were absent. The speech was intense, inspiring but intense. Sailor Mars, a woman with dark hair and eyes that burned with the passion of her planet--the rumors Ari heard had proven to be very true--spoke with the experience of a great leader and the confidence of a seasoned soldier. Ari wondered if she could be like that one day. While she was a far cry from the shy girl barely poking from her shell, Ari could never imagine herself giving speeches about victory of a seemingly endless war--a war against vile and crafty enemies. The speech was over and soon the room filled again with the sound of chatter as the Sailor Guardians began socializing and debating over which panels to attend. Ari was already studying and internally making her decisions when Elysande asked what their interests are. Listening to SAM, she had to nod in agreement. That was one panel that piqued her interest as well as the one hosted by Sailor Shango, Small-Scale Energy Barriers. It sounded especially right up her alley. The new comer spoke and Ari politely listening, her ears twitching slightly at the sound of her voice. It sounded normal but...if she concentrated with her hearing, it sounded like a digital recording. Tilting her head, she observed the girl. Her skin was remarkably pale with eyes and hair to match. She had met others pale like her, Ari wondered if they simply lived inside all their lives, being so light complexioned. Again she nodded, half listening as her curiosity kept her thoughts churning. There was a pause in the discussion. "I--I--" she began, hoping she wasn't being rude. Wow, where was this sudden bout of shyness coming from? She flushed slightly from stumbling over herself. Must be the excitement of seeing everyone. "I'd like to attend both of those, but System-Wide Defense Fields caught my eye more, especially for our sector. Small-Scale Energy Barriers almost looks like it was made just for me. I need to improve my barrier any way I can."Ari turned to Hadley, heart stinging in her chest momentarily, realizing they may be separated for some time. They hadn't been separated for long periods of time in a while...it would feel strange but if she was interested elsewhere, it was important they each go to different ones. The more information the better. "Which ones did you want to attend?" she inquired. - OOC:
Kitty Bby going in for System-Wide Defense Fields (1A) and Small-Scale Energy Barriers (2A) ^_^

| Sailor Mars was impressive. Her voice clear and carried with it a tone of strength that inspired and encouraged without diminishing the severity of the task at hand. Hadley found herself staring at the dark haired senshi as the speech continued. Afterwards, talk went to that of the seminars. Hadley looked at the board and wished she had time abilities that would allow her to attend them all. It seemed invaluable to learn from these seasoned senshi. She had grown a lot these past two months but there was still so much to learn. She liked the idea of decreasing her ability cast time. Getting her vines to find their target more quickly would be a valuable aid in any battle, and she didn't have any reason to help with defense fields as her own abilities did not have such a function. And she was definitely not cut out to try and motivate others to do anything at all. As for the second timeslot, Hadley wasn't entirely certain what she wanted to attend. The energy barrier, again, wasn't very helpful to her own skill set. Learning how to tactically organize a team sounded like a great thing to learn, but Hadley wasn't certain she'd be the right fit for such a thing. Though, perhaps it would help with future fights she and Ari would be involved in sometime in the future. But learning how to help civilians would be a great asset as well. She thought of the civilians she met during her conscription, the ones who had allowed her and her friends to stay and rest at their village. The ones who had given her the pouch of seeds, a tie to nature when there was nothing else. Hadley reached for that pouch, still keeping it with her even now. Yes, perhaps that was the best choice. If she and Ari were ever sent to a planet that needed civilian aid, she could help with that. Ari asking her a question brought Hadley back out of her thoughts. Hearing that Ari wanted to go to other rooms caused a rush of momentary panic. No, she had to stay with Ari, she couldn't risk losing her. How long had it been since they'd been separated? Instinctively, Hadley did not want to allow this to happen. She had to make sure Ari was protected, always. But after that moment of irrational panic, she calmed herself. Ari was safe. If something did happen, she would be with other, better, senshi that would keep her from danger far better than Hadley herself would be able to. She smiled past her racing heart. "I am thinking I should go to Techniques for Decreasing Ability Cast Time, as well as Civilian Defense Forces." She paused for a moment, still working to quell her irrational fears. What if I never see her again?"We will see each other again soon... right?" - OOC:
Hadley's going to: Timeslot 1 --Techniques for Decreasing Ability Cast Time and Timeslot 2 -- Civilian Defense Forces: Helping Civilians Help Themselves

| It had been a while since Bellatrix had seen Sailor Mars. She wasn't entirely certain she liked the woman, but she definitely respected her. It was hard not to respect a person with that much obvious poise and power. The speech had a lot of information in it and she liked the idea that all senshi were being treated equal with one another. She wasn't entirely certain she believed that all secrets would be shared between senshi. But then she chided herself for being so cynical and instead focused on the most interesting bit: the seminars. She had been studying solely from books these past months, it would be a nice change of pace to actively listen to an experienced person alongside others. Taking a look at the available timeslots, Bellatrix frowned. She didn't particularly care much for what was being offered. But then, she was more about whacking something until it was dead rather than focusing on the finer points of battle. Perhaps it would be good for her to develop a wider set of abilities. Taking a closer look at the first timeslot, she had no interest in technology and her own fighting technique was more on the physical side with her spear than using magic. She supposed the best choice would be the third option, though truthfully she didn't care much about motivating anyone either. Although, now that she thought about it some more, System-Wide Defense Fields could be helpful to learn in order to protect Genesis and its surrounding planets and stars more effectively. For the second time slot, there was only one that seemed somewhat useful for her own personal gain. Tactical Team Organization was along the lines of the information she'd been studying on her own. She was curious to learn whatever she could from Sailor Venus. Regardless of the ultimate usefulness of these seminars, it would be invaluable to learn from the other senshi and she was grateful for the opportunity. Bellatrix got up from her seat and stretched, and wondered what else there would be to look forward to. - OOC:
Bellatrix is opting for: Timeslot 1 -- System-Wide Defense Fields and Timeslot 2 -- Tactical Team Organization

| Shadow sat and listened, breathing steadily to filter his own personal biases out from a clear examination of Mars's message. The miracle event that Achelois had weaseled out of the Crone and the Cauldron had made quite an impact in the ongoing Sailor War, yet Chaos would not yield so easily. It compromised lines of communication and directly interfered with existing plans. He closed his eyes, briefly shaking his head when Mars announced a plan that boldly claimed the problem of communication security was solved. If it was based on the concept of the senshi using their own crystalline resonance to beam supra-lightspeed communication across the known galaxy, then it could work to help win the war as long as three points were observed. The senshi would have to act quickly upon their new advantage, they would have to prevent the capture or loss of such devices, and they could not allow any of their own to be corrupted or compelled by Chaos and become a codebreaker. When the harridan made her claim of hosting a gathering where there were no secrets between senshi, Shadow clung to his skepticism like it was a warm jacket in a winter breeze. She probably meant to say that the forum's purpose was to encourage the sharing of secrets in such a difficult time for the galaxy; it was unthinkable that she would openly admit to being distrustful of anyone who didn't have the right pair of chromosomes. Once the speech had concluded, Shadow glanced over the projection and evaluated his choices. Each of the seminars had their own particular value when considered independently. For the man in the dark uniform, he narrowed his choices down to the fields of tactics and leadership. It seemed unlikely that he'd ever be thrust into a leadership position again, but if that were to happen, Jasper needed to be able to freely communicate with his allies. They were no less important than their own areas of expertise, and he was capable of studying the other associated topics on his own. He thought to break the ice and pay a visit to Bellatrix, whom was possibly the tallest senshi among the guardians that were gathered there for the day. Before he could act, a vaguely familiar and grinning face came to visit him. Think, Jasper. You have seen her before. A couple of silent seconds passed, then the answer came to him. This was another of his friends and companions, one whom he had not seen for some time. Shadow's normally stoic face twisted with a quizzical expression as he backtracked from the present day to the last operation where he had worked alongside her. " Amina, is that you?" - OOC:
Shadow will be attending Panel 1C (Motivating Teams Effectively) and 2B (Tactical Team Organization).
