This thread is for all your graphical needs during this year's Halloween event! The fulfillment of requests will either be done by me or my helpers.

As usual, the things to remember (originally from Neptune's post):
1. You don't have to have a header, three different signatures, and participant bumper for every event. The bigger events can have more prizes, but if you're just holding a small game, a bumper might be enough. Just use your judgment ^^
2. You can make your own graphics, if graphics is something you're able to do.
