Hello everyone!  I am so excited to meet a lot of new people here - and hopefully make plenty of wonderful new friends.

I am Sailor Arkas (Or Caedmon/Caed/Ian/Ianthe, take your pick.  I seem to collect screen names at an alarming rate).  I am 24, spend most of my time with my nose in a book (or reading something on my phone), and have a dog (Hoggle) and two cats (Pandora and Pleiades).  I spend a huge amount of time messing about on the internet, but I usually lurk quite a lot - I like to see what everyone is saying all the time.

Moving on to talking about things I like.  That is actually a dangerous topic for me, as I am a touch on the obsessive side, but boy do I ever like to prattle on about it.  As far as SM goes, I love the manga and both anime series, though the 90's version I watched as a kid will always have a special place in my heart.  As for outside of SM, I love Harry Potter, almost any sword and sorcery story, and James Bond movies.  I will listen to almost any kind of music, and I inherited my mother's habit of singing along to all of it.  And with that, I am going to move on.

If I am not reading, I am usually either writing something or plotting it out.  I won't pretend I am an awesome writer, but I certainly have a ton of fun with it!  I also like doing puzzles of any kind, baking, and taking care of my host of nieces and nephews.

I think that is all I have for right now, and I do believe I have talked about myself enough anyway.  So I will just finish off with repeating what I started with: I am really happy to meet everyone here!

Fave villain?  Hm... I haven't thought about that all that much.  But based on what popped into my head (cheers for instincts) I would say the Amazon Trio - particularly Tiger's Eye.

Hi! It's so nice to meet you! We're apparently similar concerning what characters we like best, I really like Ami too. She's in my top three favorite senshi [not including Chibi-Usa, but if I did it would be top four lol.] I also really like Tiger's Eye and the Amazon Trio. That's really cool that you're into writing. Hopefully someday you'll post a sample here on the forums. Do you do role-play? Apparently, our forum has a pretty healthy role-playing community.

Hello, everyone!  Thanks loads - you are all making me feel all happy and gooey inside. 

Answering questions: I write a pretty even mix.  Right now I am plotting a Sailor Moon fic, but I might hold off writing it so as to use it for my NaNo.  It will be the first time I have done a fanfic for that, so it might be interesting.  Then again, I might get impatient and just work on it before November.  Thanks for the link - I've done BBC, but I've never been all that good with it, so the extra resource will help. 

Oh, a manga club sounds like fun!  I will have to drop in on that.
