Hello everyone! I'm here to announce several things today!

I think the #1 and most exciting announcement is a change regarding avatars. I have had feedback concerning them, and I have come up with a compromise, that I would you all like. (It's a tad confusing, so please bare with me)


Currents Rules:

2 changes allowed in the 1st month after joining or until you have reached the 2nd level.
1 avatar change allowed per year
Members are not allowed to change their own avatar

New Rules:

Please note that in all changes, a 1 month wait period occurs after every change.

1 avatar change in the first month of joining. Does not carry over after this month if you don't use it.
3 avatar changes are allowed per year. If you do not use these, they carry over to the next year.
1 avatar change will be allowed for each raising (star seed -to-> pyramidal -to-> lotus.) If you do not use them at the time of promotion, they can be used later.
1 extra avatar change will be given to our Lotus Crystal senior members.



Special allowances in changing avatars:
Becoming Admin
Becoming Moderator
Stepping down from Admin
Steeping down from Moderator (as long as we don't suspect this is an abuse of the system)

MEMBERS ARE STILL NOT ALLOWED TO CHANGE THEIR OWN AVATARS - PM SAILOR JUPITER WITH A COPY OF YOUR OLD ONE, AND YOUR NEW ONE. ONCE YOU GET THE OK, THEN YOU MAY CHANGE.

Also, Current Senior Members are being given a back log of past raisings, and now have a total of 6 avatar changes available to them this year. (This is assuming they have not already used 1 of their 4 of the year ones)

I apologize for the large amount of information, and I hope it makes sense. I am more than willing to answer any and all questions users may have about these rules.


Now on to the next thing, we have a new forum called "Tutor Hall" where members can receive help for various things including Spanish, Math, proof readers, and so on. If you need help in something, then this is the place to ask your fellow members!

The last two changes are minor changes. The first being the "advertisements and announcements" forum being combined into the "GC projects, Ideas & Updates" forum. The second being the soon to be creation of a new GC sponsored Weekly Game forum called the Crown Fruit Parlor. This new forum will house the weekly Caption contest, and two new games, Guess the Member, and (possibly) mafia.

I'd be happy to help with the games but I don't know how to play. I'll have a look to see if I can find some rules. When I saw "Tutor Hall" I couldn't help thinking of the "Crystal Seminar", that brainwashing juku that Ami went to her in first anime episode.

Also, I believe I found some one for the Guess the Member game, however I will be looking/asking for some one who has played mafia before to help me, so no need to worry.
