And this is basically her appearance after the bandages are off. The moon shaped iris coloration is supposed to look more like a shiny glinting gold that catches the light. (I did my best in Photoshop to replicate the idea. ^^)

*Personality: Luna can be extremely serious and mission driven. She is a bit bossy at times but for the best interests of those she cares about. On the few occasions where her feelings waver from the mission, for example falling in love with a human astronomer, she will hide her own feelings as much as possible and sacrifice her own desires for that of the team, however much it might fill her with regret. She has a bit of a nanny personality, wanting to make sure homework is done, senshi training is done, and everything is in place just so. But it is no wonder as she primarily lives and works with teenagers. She does not consider herself brave and is often frustrated with her inability to help those around her, however she will risk her life to save them if given the opportunity. While generally Luna acts and talks like a human, cat behaviors do surface from time to time such as enjoying milk and loving to be stroked on the head and around her ears.

Her relationship with Usagi is an interesting one. On the one hand, Luna seems to constantly be exasperated by the girl's teenage hijinks and short comings, and often makes disparaging remarks about leaving teenage Usagi in charge of anything. However when the pressure is on, Luna has an immense amount of faith in her, though she may not say it. 

Luna is a worrier and often Artemis fills the role in soothing her worries and boosting her confidence. Although she often chides him for not being serious enough. But occasionally the shoe falls on the other foot. Luna has an immense amount of faith in the silver crystal and can often be seen praying in times of crisis, either in the prayer room on the Moon or elsewhere. That faith is something Artemis is in awe of at times.

*Any Unique Abilities/Skills: The crescent mark on her forehead enables her to recognize members of the Moon Kingdom and also to faintly read energy auras of people who have any sort of power beyond the normal human. This enables her sometimes to sniff out senshi or enemies but it is not an exact science. It comes to her more like a hunch, or simply a feeling that there is something different about a certain person. Luna also has the ability to materialize certain objects from the Moon Kingdom such as transformation items, likely from some sort of subspace pocket. Oddly enough, when Luna and the senshi are reborn, Luna always seems to return with more of her memories intact than the senshi. This may also be due to the crescent mark and the powers endowed to her by the queen. Lastly, while affected by enough energy from the silver crystal, she can take on a human form for short times.

History:In this story Luna is reincarnated as a human after the defeat of Metallia. Her and the senshi return with no memories of their previous lives to find a war torn world where shards of the fractured silver crystal are growing and turning the world crystalline, and darkness corrupts leaders into waging war.

Human Luna is involved in an accident and took a terrible fall resulting in blindness and amnesia attributed to a head injury. Though she herself does not know the events, she was on the run, trying to protect the sacred items in her satchel from some of President Wilson Buren’s men who were trying to steal them from her. She was found unconscious and brought in to Capsule 49 as a refugee. Though she still has no idea where she is, she has strange dreams and suffers from strange flashes of vision and memories of another time that sometimes causes her to faint.  Luna believes she is going crazy and is terrified she will lose it altogether. Unbeknownst to her, the satchel contains transformation items that will be used in awakening the senshi.
 Recently, the strange crescent shaped discoloration on her iris attracted the attention of the stressed and overworked medical team in the capsule and they decided to try and operate to restore her vision. But now she is playing a waiting game, hoping that the surgery will help. Later in the story she will meet a man named Jasper as well as the other girls. Her confused memories will begin to clear as her vision begins to heal which will enable her to eventually awaken the senshi once more.

*Other Noteworthy Facts: Luna loves milk. human food, naps, and being stroked on the head. She especially likes this treatment from Ami Mizuno AKA Sailor Mercury and will often climb up on her shoulders or lap. She is rather testy about anyone messing with, or pulling on her tail.

RP Sample:
Luna awoke for what seemed like the umpteenth time that night. She sighed heavily before getting out of bed. One-two-three steps to the dresser, and after feeling the top of it, she bent down and counted how many nobs her hand passed. Once she reached the third nob, she opened it and grabbed her shirt for the day. Knowing the bed was behind her, she set the clothing on there before walking into the cooking area. One, two, three, four, five steps and turn left. On the nook next to her was the coffee machine, with multiple bumps near the buttons, kindly made by the doctors looking after her so she'd know which button to press for which. One small bump meant cold water, one big bump meant hot, and the button she most often used-the one that would dispense milk was marked with three big bumps. She wondered what the doctor used to make the bumps-hopefully nothing that would damage the machine, you can't find enough working mechanisms these days, and once her fingers brushed against the three bumps she pressed the button, letting the smell of hot milk fill her nostrils. She lightly touched the edge of the glass, ensuring it wasn't too hot, before she grabbed it and put it to her lips. She never knew why she liked milk so much-it was almost like an addiction, honestly-but at least it was one thing she could claim as her own. Luna's amnesia hadn't been kind to her, and she ever so eagerly wanted to know more about herself. All Luna knew was that she was found outside the capsule unconscious, and the doctors had been helping her out ever since.

Other Noteworthy Facts: If Luna is a human in this storyline, then how can she climb onto Ami's shoulders and have her tail pulled? Would you mind clarifying and/or fixing this, please?
