| In the anime he has one, even though it's only shown once. However, in the manga... This panel at the beginning of Act 7 seems to imply that Tuxedo Mask is a costume and not a transformation. Does this mean that, unlike the Senshi, Mamoru always has his superhuman characteristics and could use Tuxedo La Smoking Bomber without having to suit up? He's said to be quite athletic and uses his psychometry in civilian form so that makes me wonder if he has his full array of abilities on hand at all times. |

| RAFO! LOL. - Spoiler:
He does sort of get one. I forget where. I think in Dream arc? Maybe he gets one in Infinity but I've already forgotten even though I read it earlier this year

Yes. It's in Infinity and again in Dream he does a double one with Usagi. Seems to be, that he doesn't have 'words' actually (Like in the 90s Anime in the first season, he never used words either. It was a transformation sequence). So, we can assume from the evidence, that for him to transform it's more silent and more like will power than shouting a phrase. Which is very common for him in all versions that he just...focuses and wills his power to do the things he needs it. Tuxedo La Smoking bomber (and later an attack in concert with either Chibimoon or Moon, I think) is the exception to the rule.
But, we forget that the Sailor Senshi and him can remove stuff from their uniforms, like the tiara and probably, if they wanted too, their gloves. (Especially since in the artnotes, it's revealed that they do have manicures which is actually in every version, I think. I do remember there being a point to them but it's cosmetic now.) |

| In the Infinity Arc he kind of gets one. The transformations in the Sailor Moon manga seem to be one panel scenes generally, so I don't know if one could actually say that the manga had transformations. - Pages from manga:
41
I think they all had some set of powers they could use outside of transformation forms, but those probably were limited or they didn't use them out of their Senshi disguises. It seems like the team was a lot looser about this in the manga though, like the times where Mamoru and Hotaru used healing in relatively public places. Those were probably somewhat story related though, so it's probably fine. |
