| It appears that you are no longer a member of the Artists, Graphics, and Cosplay Guild usergroup, so I assume that this is the reason for why you can't post in the cosplay section. I would suggest checking out this thread, since it is fairly recent and talks about member information, or messaging Sailor Venus if you have any more questions.
