OK so I looked and didn't see a thread for this really it's just for anyone to point out who their least faorite actress from Myu is and Why.


Personally my least favorite was Asako. If for nothing more than the fact that to me she wasn't all that believable as Uranus. I always see Uranus/Haruka as a more mature character not only in the way she acts but also in the way she looks but really that's just me. In my mind Haruka/Uranus has always looked older than she actually is but it could also have to do with the facial expressions because I find Akiko believable as Uranus/Haruka and she looks just as Young as Asako so yea.

well, i don't really have a least favorite. but, the moon i dislike the most is fumina. don't know why, sumething about her doesn't strike me as usagi.

Definitely Asako for the same reason. She wasn't a very believable Uranus/Haruka. Akiko was better than her.

I'll admit I only find Akiko slightly better but since I've only watched one musical with her in it I can't be compleatly sure yet. I guess that's what I get for actually watching them in order because I keep comparing Akiko and Asako to Nao.

(OH and guys I meant to put actors and actresses but yea So should not be posting things when I'm half asleep )

For me the very first SeraMyu I ever watched was Shin Kaguya Shima Densetsu. So I didn't even know about Nao to compare Akiko to her (Nao). And I believed Akiko to be Uranus/Haruka. I then later went back and watched from the beginning with the first stage through the fourth stage (I know officially it's three stages, but I like each "stage" being with a new Moon).

Nao definitely wins on being Uranus/Haruka, but I think Akiko would have done well if she wasn't in just Shin Kaguya Shima Densetsu and it's Kaiteiban. But, Asako... just didn't not have the spirit of Uranus/Haruka.

I will admit where as I watched them in order I saw Nao as Uranus first because I stumbled on Destained couple which actually pulled me into watching the musicals. but yea Asako just didn't seem to fit the bill as Uranus I think I only watched Starlights ryuusei Densentsu and that was because Yuhka was in it. and well that's not compleatly true I also managed to get to harsh saint cry in the kaiteban of Mugan and went back and watched the original mugan again.

I just completely stumbled across SeraMyu on accident. And Shin Kaguya Shima was the only one that I was able to get my hands on that was dubbed. Once I found out there were Sailor Moon musicals I scurried across the internet to find them with English Subs.

After watching from Anza-Moon to Marina-Moon, I saw how much the shows have changed and actually didn't care much for any of Marina-Moon's musicals except the ones Nao and Yuuka were in because the stories were at least decent. Except for Mugen since that was pure fanservice.

Personally I have to say Marina is also one of my least favorite Myu Actresses because personally found her too young for the role. She did get better over the years, but by the time she graduated that was the average the other actresses were when they got the part. And most of her roles were of Usagi in high school, not Usuagi in junior high, so I felt a major disconnect with Marina in her earlier shows as Usagi because she didn't have the experience or voice for a high schooler. I found her to be too high pitched most of the time. She was 12 years old when she started playing Usagi... and it was a little awkward seeing her with Kenji since there was a seven year difference between the two.

Also with Starlights Ryuusei Densetsu it still amuses me with Yuuka playing Jadeite. It was definitely different from playing Neptune/Michiru. She was actually very charming as Jadeite.

Oh yeah, another thing about Asako and Tomoko is that their HaruMichi dynamic was awkward. They were trying too hard that it didn't come out right. It didn't feel natural.

Fumina Moon. Not only did she not have the 'look' of Usagi, I found her acting to be less than qualified for Usagi.

I don't think I could actually add any of the moons to my least favorites list only because I loved all four of them though I can add most of the Neptune's to the list I don't think I cared much for any of the Neptune's until Yuhka became Neptune. as much as I might want to I can not add tomoko to this list either because as much as I didn't like her Neptune I did like her as mistress 9 and the last Neptune seemed pretty good in the role to. so anyone before Yuhka I will add to this list and I didn't much care for Yuki Pluto either but than again that could just be the fact that I'm picky about the outers so yea.

Again most of the reason I don't like Marina was in her earlier shows because she was too young, but in her later shows when she was the average age of the other actresses who played the inner senshi it improved quite a bit.

Definitely agree with the first five Neptunes. Yeah, Tomoko was okay as Mistress 9, but definitely not fit for the role of Neptune. Too bad we could see more of Akiko's Uranus and Takayo's Neptune.

I am also not a fan of Asako, she is beautiful and would be great in Myu but not as Haruka, maybe as Venus.

I am not a fan of Mai Watanabe- sorry she just doesnt fit Jupiter for me.

I am also not really a fan of Mario Saturn.

My least favorite actors are Enomoto Yuuta, Sugimoto Ayano and Yamato Yuuga.

As for Yuuta, most I can say about him is the same as Ayano: I didn't like their acting, their singing, their look as the character... Nothing.

It's a bit different for Yuuga though. She is a great singer, dancer and actress, but I don't like te way she portrays Mamoru at all. To me, she is waaaay to feminine and it bugs me a bit that she seems so omnipresent- especially since she seems to be the only Tux to be that prominent when it comes to promotion. I also miss the fatherly, caring side of Mamoru and the somewhat derpy, awkward moments the old actors had. Both are things I really love about Mamoru, so without them, the character just doesn't feel complete anymore.
