I have to buy R Part 2 and S Part 1. I've checked on Amazon and run into some confusion. What's the difference between these two?

It's hard to say, since the reviews are the same as well as the prices. The only key difference I can point out for the first set of links is that one link has the bluray eligible for amazon prime and the other doesn't. I'd go with the link that has amazon prime as an option, just in case.

As for the second set of links, one is for the standard edition and the other is for the limited edition.

The final set of links it's also a case of one being the standard edition and the other being limited edition.

What does that mean, though? What's in the limited editions that's not in the standard editions?

They either have more features, or extra goodies then the standard editions. For instance, the standard edition of Sailor Moon Crystal is just the Blu ray, while the limited edition has a soundtrack (I think) and a little booklet and images as seen in the photo below.

I looked further into it by checking RightStuf.

The Limited Edition Crystal set comes with:

Deluxe chipboard box, Full-color-art booklet, Seven full-color art cards

The Limited Edition S set comes with:

chipboard box with premium printing, booklet, filler box (for part 2)

But here's where things get a bit more confusing again. RightStuf has the regular Limited Edition and a separate version that comes with an exclusive coin (which I'm not concerned about). Their coin version comes with the same box artwork as the Limited Edition on Amazon. However, RightStuf's "regular" Limited Edition comes with completely different artwork on the box.

I don't really know what to say for that one. Perhaps the slipcovers have the same images on the front and back, and the cover for the bluray is reversible? It might be a good idea to see if there are any unboxing videos on youtube, or unboxing images online to see if the differences are anything major or not. From what I can tell-both on amazon and rightstuf-they're both legitimate copies and not bootleg or anything.
