Does anyone know if these are custom made or if these are press releases for a yet to be released 
Sailor V pen?

In either case, does anyone know where I might be able to purchase them?

I really like the appearance of these (and some Inner henshin wands I saw elsewhere: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/2016-Sailor-Moon-Prism-Stationery-Hensou-Henshin-Pen-5-set-Original-Box-NEW/32692784907.html?spm=2114.01010208.8.58.BDDepb), because they're not so obviously Sailor Moon merchandise, are less bulky, and don't look so cartoonish.

In the twitter link you posted it's said that it's the Crystal version

But is that a hashtag for official Crystal Merchandise or fanmade Crystal replicas?

They have two Sailor V henshin pens which makes me suspect that maybe one is official and one is fanmade, or that they're both fanmade with one being manga accurate and the other anime (Crystal) accurate?

Off topic: I'm holding out for a better Galactic Sword than the Uranus letter opener. :/

It's nice, but when I saw it hand to letter opener ratio, it looked a bit too cartoonish for my tastes. Maybe we'll get a nice Proplica!!!

Those are all fan-made. There has been no official merch release for the Sailor V henshin pet yet.

Fanmade or not, I'd love to have it! Were you able to find a link for the v transformation pen?
