As is the custom around here when meeting new members, I'd like to ask you a question about Sailor Moon: How many of the different iterations of Sailor Moon (manga, 90s anime, SMC, etc.) have you read/watched?  As for private messaging (PMs), it's simple to start one--just click on "Messages" on the right side of the pink toolbar at the top of every page (under the forum's header image). There, you can see your inbox, and hit "New Reply" in the top left corner to send a new message to someone! As Sailor Gallifrey already mentioned, we provide a mentor program for our newbies called "Senshi in Training" (Gallifrey already linked you to the Sign Up Thread). Which is not only the easiest way to get to know the forums step by step, it's also helping you to make friends! I'd also recommend to check out the GC's basics; there are some really nice places to check out!  I also noticed that Sailor Gallifrey and Juliko linked you to the general Rules, as well as the CoC and Signature & Avatar Rules of GC, I'd highly appreciate reading yourself carefully through everything, thanks!
