So I found this guy who makes custom dolls using like Monster High Dolls and stuff! I saw he had a couple of SM ones! He has a Koan (first vid) and a Sailor Moon (2nd vid).
I personally really love the Koan doll!

If he does, I can't find any links to like a website of his other than his instagram so it doesn't seem like he does. :/
